    +1 :50:

Pre season games (3 I think?) in Germany, pumping against Ajax and conceding a last minute goal against Norwich.

Just Inter Milan to go then our most important game of the entire season.

    Disgraceful preperation.

I don't know whether it's the players wanting their holidays or the coaching staff being too 'pally' with them but I'm far from happy. Not based on the results but the fact we will have 6 pre-season games and I still dont think we will be ready.

Brown or Ledley in for McCourt and I'd agree 100%.

tbh I think theres a real possibility of us getting put out on our arses like utrecht, sion, braga

strongest team possible required against Inter on saturday and a decent result

get a decent defender bought pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaase

Bit of an over reaction i feel , last time we had a good pre season we had Mowbray in charge and we know what happened after that !!! bring the competitive games on and we will see :84:

Me too. Tighter than a lotta folks think. Seen a bit of HJK on Eurorivals.net and other websites - a decent team easily good enough for the SPL.

Definitely no pushovers - but hopefully we'll have matche fitness and organisation by then. (Welcome to the site btw mate. On kaunas Päiva poronmetsastykseen! - No disrespect - I've got a Finnish mate and I always though that was funny..!:celt_2::50:)

That team tonight was all young players & reserve players apart from 1 or 2. Full side would've beaten Norwich.

The only chance of progressing though these games is to pack the midfield and hope for breaks. We weren't good enough last season and nothing has changed.

Don't agree at all,the few games last year we tried that was a farce, left ourselves no room for passing. We should be good enough at home to play our own football and not to play to suit who we're playing.

Knew you would ask that, can't remember which games, but i remember whenever we were tight in the midfield it stifled our play.Players getting in each others ways.I would be surprised if we don't play anything but a 442 at home anyway.

I can't remember any games either bar than the Europa League where we were relatively successful.

When we go 2 up front, we're beat before kick-off at that level.

Forrest & Samaras on the wings is what we need. Think Lenny will play Sammy up top but he's much better out wide. Wanyama needs to start. He stops opposition players 9/10 times. Worried about Izzy, he looked like Mo Camara tonight.

Hopefully getting back to his best. His crossing was terrible, I thought.

Worst player on the field if you ignore Kelvin Wilson's existence.

I agree. If we're going 5 in midfield it would be either Brown or Joe Ledley dropping out for me. Kayal is obviously a definite starter in there.

from what i seen of this team they are not going to be a walkover at all, plus i belive they are some where like half way thorugh their season so are more than match ready, i think it is important to play what ever team lennon is starting with for maybe the first 45mins agienst inter..

I'd play Kayal over Vic if he's fit.

I think that Brown will start though.
