Bradford City squad compiled at spend of £15k. Average wage £750-a-week. League Cup finalists. Heroes.

Does anyone think that Bradford reaching the final of the League Cup surpasses our European achievements so far this season?

Genuine question by the way. I know we defeated Barcelona with a first team costing much less than theirs, but when you look at Bradford's total first team cost and the wages that they are on, it is very impressive. They beat two established EPL teams on the way to the final too.

Haven't they beaten three established premier league teams? Arsenal, wigan and villa. I thinkthey were all in this competition?

To be honest i'm not really sure how to compare it to our european run, all of the games bar villa were one offs and against arsenal and wigan they won it penalties iirc? So it's a little different to having to get through a group stage having played top teams home and away.

Also i don't mean for that to sound defensive or as if i'm taking anything away from what they have achieved because it's brilliant! But I don't think it's particularly comparable.

They have done amazing but the league format of the Champions League is a mor impressive achievement, they have done fantastic though. I'm delighted for them.

18 months ago the Bradford keeper Matt Duke had no job and was fighting cancer. Now he's going to play at wembley

Couldn't happen to a more deserving guy.

Great keeper too, from what I saw against Arsenal and Villa.

Got ba on to score first and 3-1 Chelsea. Got 35/1 for it, would be a welcome time to win a bit of money
