Good luck to them if they can pull that off. £24m for RVP, plus the money they got for Song, it's a distinct possibility.

They've never really replicated the success that they had when players like Henry, Pires, Ljungberg and Bergkamp were there. They were * unstoppable in those days. Astounding that they never won at least European Cup.

I think Sahin is a loan, so 20 Million for Llorente and 15 million for M'Vila? So they should have enough.

Wee Maloney's looked good the day, don't understand why Wigan just took him off there

Aye, Maloney was their best player, any wee chance they got it was him who created it.

McArthur was instrumental to Wigan's turnaround in the final few months of last season. He was excellent, you're doing him a disservice.

I dont think he was. Boyce, Moses and Maloney were key. McArthur imo is nowhere near Premiership class, hes very average.

Aye, Wigans downfall will end up being that the manager sees no problem with McArthur and Di Santo being first choice players, a few Championship teams wouldnt even give them a game.

They need an 10-14 a season Premier League goalscorer like a Shane Long, Yakubu or someone. Plus a good midfielder.

Haha, Lampard just absolutely hacked Gomez from behind and got away with by giving the ref a wink. 10 minutes of any Premier League match makes me really appreciate our referees.

Anyone think Hazard was poor again? One time I remember him running at Wigan and Gary Caldwell disposessed him easily. Not the best of starts for him, 2 games and he hasnt even show a flash of quality in either game.
