We'll get close to 8 now and that is excellent business.

I don't get the dislike of Ki either. He is a classy midfielder with a good touch and great passing ability. He was one of our best performers in Europe this season too, barring one terrible mistake.

I like the boy, but agree that if we get a good price (£8M would be a great return on investment), then we should sell him, but there is no need for the vehement dislike for the kid.

We turned down £6 million for him? jesus, I would have driven him to the airport myself :(

I would have been delighted to get £3 million for him.

Bought for £2mil probably get £8mil,seems to me a lot of people in the football world rate the guy.
I agree though that he has been a squad player of late,i don't think he suits our style of play.
How sick would the new huns be if we get £8mil for a player that can't even get into our starting 11.

    There is every need.

If someone has an opinion on him, then that's their business :50:

Anything over £7M now is amazing business. Considering he's not a starter as well.

So we dislike players for no reason now ???? i can understand a disliking for someone like cha who was simply not good enough but how can you justify the apparent dislike of Ki even last season without playing well still wasn't shocking Brown has had worse seasons in a Celtic top

    Sorry princess…

I hope he finds love and happiness wherever he ends up. He will always have a special place in our hearts. In fact, I’m going to stick on Barry White and reminisce about the good times. :87:

Who said there wasn't a reason?

Thank * the board don't panic sell. We'll probably get £8M+ which would be good business.

£8m and a sell on clause will probably see him move on.

Ki will be an outstanding player when hes a bit older, sadly just not in our league. I honestly think if he went to Italy he would absolutely flourish.

I reckon he'll go on to be a very good player as well.

Well on the board not selling. Maybe an improved bid might shift Ki, but honestly, I wouldn't be upset to see him leave. He's a great player, might go on to be fantastic, but not at this club or in this league.

    £8-9m and I'd sell.

Ki is a very good footballer there's no doubting that. However, we have better midfielders and the money made from Ki's sale will go towards improving the team where we need improving.
Rejecting £6m was a good move. I'd accept £8m which I fully expect Rubin to offer.
