He is injured, that's why he isn't going to Turin. No other reason. Tony Watt would be in the squad if he wasn't injured, much like McGeouch is...

    5 goals in 7 U21 games

Only 3 goals behind Rhodes record of 8 goals for the under 21 team.

He can still play for the under 21s for years as well. Rhodes scored his first under 21 goal when he was 21, Watts only 19.

    Toshney scored there too 3-0.

The way he's going he'll be getting that. We need to give him more game time now I reckon, want to see him involved in every game between now and the end of the season.

Aye, seen he got subbed off with 15 minutes to go. Good runout for him think he was injured the past 3 weeks or so.

I like seeing him get a shot, even if it's from the bench as long as there is a decent amount of time for him to get into the game. A willing runner and more often than not injects a bit of positivity into the team when he comes on.

He also has that bit of flair; some of the wee touches or turning of opponents he does injects that wee bit of excitement into the game.

He looks like he has that touch about him, not necessarily technically amazing, but that touch where he seems capable of scoring regardless of the way the game has been going. That type of thing is brilliant if it can stay with you into the professional ranks, a lot of people have it at every level up until senior then don't really score any great amount. Bojan Krkic is the best example I can think of in the last few years. Guess time will tell what happens with Tony Bhoy; but from what we've saw so far he has more to his game than simply a scoring touch in that he will willingly make runs and play a team game. We'll just need to hope he continues to develop in the same way :50:

He should be in the senior squad with his record to be honest. Should be 3rd choice behind Fletcher and Rhodes (I'm not counting Miller cause he's done) imo. Might aswell start playing youngsters now.

    :50:

He is actually Scotlands 3rd best striker and should be in the squad. Id much rather have seen Watt come on against Wales than Kenny Misser.

I dont like Rhodes either if I was manager hed be 2nd choice. I think Rhodes is too one paced and clumsy.

Scotland wait too long to give young players games. Look at the * Williams from Wales really similar looking to McGeouch same age and hes playing for Wales. McGeouch probably wont get capped for atleast 1 year same with Watt. Instad diddies like Miller, McArthur and that will continue to be used.

Been a few more quality wee touches that have just left his man for dead; we need to encourage him and develop him at this age. Now is the time for Tony.
