Never been convinced he could be a regular starter for us, but can't ignore his level of skill, I'd have him on the bench every domestic game, don't think he's good enough for europe though, bring him on in the second half when teams are starting to tire don't think there's a defence in the league that can deal with him, he's a fantastic impact player.

Have him in ahead of Commons at the moment anyway, has he scored this season?

Definitely away at end of the year. Offers from all over Europe, Australia, the MLS, but likely to go to Qatar!

When he's at a new club next year working wonders reckon we'll be questioning why we ever let him go.

hopefully the last game hes gonna miss on playing ,should be playing every week and after watchin the past 3 matches it only reinforces my opinion, came on against dundee utd had the ball twice and gave two defence splitting passes , only player we have with the imagination and creativity to change a game

Lacks the quality to be a first team starter on a regular basis

    or does he?

Looks like we will never know

Don't think so. I also think he contributed a lot more than people give him credit for, he is not just a performing circus act. He has won games on his own for Celtic.

No, we'd have seen more of him by now if he had. He used to I think.

who dose lennon rate.he has us all stumped, with the changes he dose, and the sad part about it is with the better class of players he * about with, never the clowns.

I dont think its that Lennon doesnt rate him its just that it is hard to get into the midfield. There are several starting quality players in midfield/forward Brown, Kayal, Ledley, Wanyama, Ki, Commons, Forrest, Samaras, Stokes and Hooper. 10 guys any of whom would probably be fuming if they never atleast made the bench. Then when there is spaces available McGeouch is there too who probably is ahead of Paddy as hes an emerging youngster needing experience.

There is definetly games though where we should rest players and play McCourt, McGeouch, Commons and that from the start like the St Johnstone game there.

The only player I would say Lenny shows too much loyalty to is Brown, and as club captain you can see why he plays him all the time, even though we all know there are far better players than him.

I don't think it's fair to say Lennon * about with anyone. Any player who is good enough has been given a chance, and anyone who isn't has been given the opportunity to leave.

And we've never heard complaints from any players about Lennon's treatment of them, or any bust ups. Just that comedy thing Commons did to wind up the huns press :50:

He's one of my favourite players at the club, so if he does leave, I'll be gutted. I really do wonder why we don't see him more. All the talk is concerning fitness, but surely he'd be good for 10-15 minutes of a game, at least? For * sake, Lennon put Blackman on for the last 5 against St. Johnstone last weekend. And he's well fond of doing that kind of nonsense.

Paddy is the most ideal man for cameos, at least, surely? He's a magic player. From the games I've seen him start, few though they are, he hasn't looked especially tired or lacking in fitness, so I'm unsure with the question over his stamina. And anyway, the man himself has said he doesn't have an issue in that department. Players themselves know better than anyone what they can do.

And I've seen what he can do with a football, so give him time, Neil!

He has a back strain if I'm not mistaken at the moment.
