Get a grip, no tactical awareness? disgraceful? embarrassing?

This is the same man that if things had went the right way, we would of won the treble this year.

The same man that came to Celtic as a rookie manager and turned us from a awful team, to one that went 21 game unbeaten run in the league.

The same man that this year has won us the league, remember how far behind we were?, and possibly the Scottish Cup(which I am still positive we will win.)

Yeah, he got sent off today, but the way the officials were going with that game, I think anyone would of lost their cool, he is a Celtic fan, like you or me, yes maybe it was stupid, but for people to sit there and call him a embarrassment? some of you need to take a good look at yourselves, talk about fickle.

    ONE NEIL LENNON! :shamrock:

    No blame for Lenny tbh.
He didn't tell the bhoys to play * did he?

The line up was * and Cha is the worst footballer ever, but he had no choice there either with Forrest, Hooper, Izzy, M Wilson, Kayal all first team players and all injured.

Lenny has done in the last 2 weeks what everyone criticised him for not doing - play Stokes. Well he's started twice, done * all and we've lost both games, so next time let's let Lenny do his job and not tell him what to do as we're clearly no experts!

What did he even do to get sent off today? I really wish he would learn to keep his * head. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy and everything he's done for us as a player and manager, but it seems as though he always gets something wrong in these games, especially at Ibrokes. 4-2 there in September and then in a scoreline that flattered us to an extent, 3-2 today. The only time he's won at Ibrox was over a year ago in the 2011 New Year game.

He needs to start getting the big games right, or as much as I hate to say it, he'll be out on his * soon enough. He isn't bigger than the club, just as none of the other great managers in our history have been bigger than the club. If that had been Jock Stein or Martin O'Neill that let a weakened Huns side run over the top of us like Lenny did today, I'd be saying the exact same thing.

Ultimately, at a club like Celtic, its the big games that make your career. That goes for both the playing staff and the management team.

Love Lennon but lost 2 very winnable league cup finals,2 poor European campaigns(forget the bye this season),lost the league last season but lets not forget we won the Scottish cup and the league with a 10 point helper.

I was all for Lenny but the past week has reminded me of recent past failures. Hail hail

Well said! Stokes misses a great chance to make it 1-1! he needed to score at this point but he didn't! Not Neil Lennon's fault! Hooper's pathetic effort last week! Not Neil's fault either!!

If he didnt play imposters like Cha and Ki he would do much better, and wasnt afraid to play 2 upfront against the shitest rangers team of all time

He is the manager set the team up how we play and from the start we were * so he carrys the * after! Izzy was fit to start and he starts the bombscare cha before matthews and lustig who he rates higher where is the sence in that? when cha was sent off we looked better when izzy came on. Why was he not on from the start player of the season last year!! Lenny carries the * for this. Still the man for the job tho

Still has alot of maturing to do as does his team, still a legend though this result doesnt change that.

aye but it's also the same man who saw his team throw away the league last year and he's also the same man who saw us throw away the scottish cup. he's now also the same man who got himself sent to the stand when his team needed him most, i love lenny but he's let us down badly.

We have had the chance to win the treble and beat the huns at ibrox to win the treble. the stuff of every celtic fans dreams and we've ended up with neither:38: He's got to take his share of the blame for that!

Some of the comments in this thread make my blood boil nearly as much as what I witnessed on the park today.

Do any of you even know why Lennon was sent to the stands? What did he say?

You are talking about the man who took us on a near record breaking unbeaten run, a back room team who have taken our club to within touching distance of winning the league in MARCH at the home of our biggest rivals, a man who lives and breathes Celtic Football Club.

And, aside from that, a man who has had to stand in a cesspit of celebrating huns as the "referee" hands them 3 points by unjustly and almost laughably reduced us to nine men, for no other reason than to prevent a Celtic Title win at Ibrox.

Callum Murray and the men in his ear decimated what remained of the integrity of the Scottish game in front of a worldwide audience. It is them who should apologise, for it is them who need to learn the meaning of the word "dignity"

Another Big Game, Meaningful game call it what you like - We failed the test yet again.....keep hearing we "saved Face" today by getting 2 goals back !! Big * deal we LOST. Last week Kilmarnock wanted it more, today that mob wanted it more. This tells me coupled by other meaningful games that Lennon cant take us any further. until we rid our team of the 30% "just turn up players" and a manager who`s inept at making quick needed team selections then we will continue to go 2 steps forwards 1 step backwards...Lennon will talk his way out of todays performance just like last week against Kilmarnock and let it hide his failings so he can blame the officials.....

I still have every confidence in Lennon. 27 consecutive games undefeated means alot more than losing 2 back to back. Everyone is hurting, but keep the faith.

In Lenny, I still trust :shamrock:
