Brozek had two good chances he should have scored, one came before Ki hurt himself and the other after. Motherwell also could have easily had a hattrick in the first half if not for some very good goalkeeping. Once Ki came off we created far more chances and allowed fewer to Motherwell.

That's just my point and many others on this topic. We wonder why our strikers goals dry up ( Stokes & Hooper) and our defenders start making errors, generally happens when Ki either starts a game or comes on as a substitute. The supply to the forwards dries up, and the defence are facing a gap through our midfield when empty shirt Ki is there. It is an undeniable fact born out by the stats.

Should've scored the header from Cha's cross, who Ki had released down the wing.

I think I saw Ki blowing a raspberry at Hooper to put him off when he was one on one with Bell at the start of the game. Curse that pesky Ki!

don't recall that so I'll take your word for it but its undebatable that Motherwell were cutting through us like a knife through butter until Ki left the game. McCoiurt also created about 3 or 4 chances that went unfinished if I remember correctly.

The way some people are going on you'd think Ki's the worst player to ever pull on a Celtic strip.

It's funny, there are a few in here having digs at him that this time last season were putting their hands up admitting they'd judged him too harsly and now that he'd adjusted to scotland and got a run in the team he looked really promising and all that jazz.

But now it's back to we're a * team if Ki's within a mile radius of Parkhead, if we ever lose a game it's his fault regardless of any input he actually has on the pitch (the stats don't lie!) even when he's having a blinder, which he has had a fair few although some will deny it.

I'm not saying he's the best thing since slice bread, he's not, but the criticism is mental at times, it's not as if he's stopped mid-game and took a * in the centre circle.

    This thread is unbelievable.

You see (average) players like Crosas & Donati, especially Crosas, getting tipped for returns yet Ki is constantly slated.

Ki is double the player of both, with more potential, also works harder and gets stuck in more.

Outstanding prospect. I for one am delighted he's on board.

I believe his ailments in these areas is what is holding him back.

But yes - a better prospect than both Crosas and Donati (didn't rate him at all).

Not a better prospect than Donati when he was Ki's age by the way...

Unbelievable comment.Completely flies in the face of the facts.Ki is the laziest player I have ever seen in a Celtic jersey in my puff.

Crosas and Donati were both better than Ki

21, played in a very promising young team at Atlanta as well.

Shows you how very good young talent can turn out without the proper application.

    Bebe. It does happen.

It's funny how much praise Donati and Crosas get compared to Ki. Not even going to get into a debate regarding Ki - I'll leave that to Zander. :56:

Donati was a highly promising player as a youth, far more promising than Ki. He just lost his way.
