no he isnt :56:, you must be taking the * just like the other guy was, because scott brown doesnt have half the talent ki does, and comes nowhere near him in terms of passing, scoring and chance creation

Jeezo,"Scapegoat" seems tobe the most over-used word in this whole thread :56:

Clear that we are a more balanced side without him in the team.

See if Brown had Ki's passing and technique and Ki had Browns mentality and drive, we'd have one of the best midfielders in Europe. :triplomur

I really find it hard to read your comments * seriously. Ki is * crap. He makes passes left and right and thats his game. Nothin else. All this technical ability pish. Everyone in this forum could go on the park and do what he does but people think hes some sort of passing *. When hes in the team we re alot more likely to lose. Brown is ten times the player ki is. Technical ability my hole hes * crap ! Hes a negative effect on our team when he plays. Hopefully he is moved on if it was any other player he would never get a game. How he gets away with it is beyond me. I genuinly think i he played yesterday the scorline would have been drastically different. And not in a good way.

Big difference in midfield against the Huns when he doesn't play.

Not many mention that a midfield combination of Ki Brown would be good

a lot slate Ledley Ki which has very little dig but Ki brown is the dream midfield

I can't believe that Ki is taking a skelping when he never featured due to injury.

We are lucky to have a plethora of good young midfield talent, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. I think Ki is an excellent young player, but in a different style to guys like Brown or Ledley. His play in Europen matches shows that he may be more suited to a European style of play and that the SPL may not be the best showcase of his talents.

It wouldn't surprise me if he was sold in the summer, but to say he is crap, is just such total nonsense that it is laughable.

I think this is one area we are all agreed on that Ki is not suited to the SPL.
However for talent to show there has to be hard work applied, especially in tough combative games, and unfortunately for Ki he doers not possess the hard work ethic in his game.
Perhaps Ki could follow the example of Donati and try plying his wares in the Serie A, because I don't see Ki surviving in the Bundesliga, Premier League or La Liga.

That depends I think. In a 3 man midfield with an enforcer beside him I think he could play ok in Germany or England but my biggest problem with him has always been work rate and willingness to track runners.

KAYAL LEDLEY is our best midfield partnership, then brown ledley

Ki could play perfectly with Kayal but together with Ledley he is pure pish

    LOL.

Curious timing of comments like that given that Broony bossed the midfield yesterday.

For all the supposed talent that Ki has, he would never be able to do what Brown did yesterday. Totally incapable of it.

Broon * all over the Asian imposter.

I'd have Brown in the team before Ki every day of the week.

They are in 95% of players. You need both types of players in the same team. So, it's not wise to slate Brown or Ki, or prefer one over the other. People must realise that a division of roles amongst teammates should be present. Commons did little defensive work yesterday. That is why he was so effective. Asking of Ki to potentially earn cards with his mistimed tackles or try and fail chasing players is not wise. Not when he could concentrate fully on his offensive game. We have others who can do the dirty part extremely well.

He was effective because he was getting stuck in

    *see 3rd goal for evidence*

The commentators said at one point that Commons is the biggest danger to Rangers, as he has no defensive duties.

yeah he made that tackle, but that a tackle any player woulda tried to make in the same position, cant possiblysay that one moment is why commons was effective, he was effective cause he had a freedom to roam and try and be creative
