when we came back from 15 points behind ki was a big part of that, when we lost the league cup final ki didnt start and we only really started to play well after he came on, against hearts he was one of our better players, not great but one of the few players who played well, also did you forget the scottish cup final last year, or the SC games against rangers when ki bossed the midfield

how you believe he hasnt defies logic, look at our games from the start of the season till now, brown put in a months worth of good performances after january

Brown has been immense this season once he came back from injury, Ki has mainly been on the bench.

Forst half of the season? ... Where we wer behind by 15 points. Brown has contributed ten times more than ki. Brown has had a few absolute standout games like st mirren. Whn ki is playing the team suffers in general. Everyone has to cover the areas where he is lacking. Hes crap ! If i was in his team id hate playing alongside him. An i bet our midfielders do too. When he plays our midfield has no bite and struggles to get a hold of the game. His 5-6 yard passes sideways dont conpensate for wht he lacks as a player.

Believe me mate i cant take my eye off him. He lazy or just lacks awareness. Or both. Hes a burden on the people playing around him. His markin and tackling and tracking back is atrocious. Why people love him for no reason astounds me. Any criticism against him is nonsense apparently. And hes our best player. Utter rubbish. The team suffers when he plays.

sorry but you missed half the season, brown hasnt contributed nearly as much as ki or any other midfielder, he is one of our most talented players, when he plays we score more goals and we win more, look at footballtransferstats.com or espn.com, the numbers dont lie, niether does the fact that he has the 6th most number of goals in the team and is tied for the 4th most number of assists

no one said he is our best player or that he deserves no critisism but he gets 10 times more stick than deserved and not enough credit, he is the new scapegoat for a large number of fans while brown gets a free pass, if you actually watch when he plays he is anything but a burden

you have your opinion I have mine, only time will tell, we should just leave it at that

I don't think Ki played any major role in us clawing back the fifteen point lead from Rangers, I honestly don't know how you can say that with any credibility. Once again I will ask you have you even seen Celtic play this year in the flesh ?

Ki came on against Hearts in the 56th minute and he was horrible, he was partly responsible for their goal or majorily whatever way you look at it. Ki was the invisible man against Hearts, and missed two sitters from three yards which my wee sister would have headed in, so yes I blame him for us getting knocked out of the Scottish Cup.

I have never known a player like Ki to have split the Celtic support so much, and I hope to * we get shot of him in the summer, and then Dylan McGeouch will have a chance to stake his claim.

completely false, someone on here worked out the stats a while back and we win far less often when Ki plays.

I think we should leave it at that theres not going to be an agreement here. But i think people will disagree with you that we play better with ki in the team. Hes not a scapegoat. But hes not positive for the team. He takes the place of a player who could do a better job than him.

Its incredible venglos eh? I really duno what it is about the boy people just have a blindong love for him.

No doubting he is a gifted footballer, but he is not suited to the Scottish game.

obviously since I know that Ki started the game against hearts seems that I am the only one of us who actually watched the game, ki missed 2 sitters but was the only players creating chances for most of the game and was doing a much better job than our forwards going forward, and if you had watched the first half of the season you would know that Ki had a huge impact on that run and won MOTM several times, and I am not surprised you blame Ki, you have long used him as a scapegoat, despite being one of our best players against hearts he was resposible

no they didnt, I believe hammer actually worked out that we won more games with Ki than Brown, and as I said the numbers are there for you to look at, they dont lie

And I think people will disagree with you that we are better without him, I am not the only one who has recognized that he has become the new scapegoat, and the fact of the matter remains that he doesnt take up a spot of a better player, certainly not while kayal is injured, but I understand you wont change your mind so we will agree to disagree

mightymcginn was the one who did the stats. In 2010-2011 we won 90% of our games withoug Ki starting and 60% when he started. As of december of this year we had a 100% winning percentage without Ki and a 61% winning percentage with Ki starting. I don't have time to do the rest of the stats for this season just now but I doubt they have changed much.

This sounds about right. Hes a massive weak link in our team. I can imagine majority of his goals are a celtic romping of a team of form. Really hope hes punted in the summer.
