Always been a favourite of mine, but I think it's fair to say he had went missing last year. Several performances which were very under par last year.

The guy has quality though, undoubtedly.

That's what I think too. Always shows passion and always first up to celebrate as well.

    Played excellent tonight

I think he's just as good at CB as at RB TBH. Fantastic player when he's 100% fit.

Him in a back 3, deffo helps him. Very solid, good on the ball and doesn't HAVE to bomb on half as much. Taking painkillers but still played the full 90..

Very underrated on the ball. Thing is, I'm no a fan of Janko though..

Hoping his injury problems are behind him. I doubt it but here's hoping.

Agree with your first paragraph, entirely. Janko was superb in the second half, though. Let's hope he does it consistently.

What was it some said about him playing CB? That he wasn't capable and a bad idea? Think that's another thing I've got right about our players I'm on a roll.

I love the guy, so passionate about our club. He'll be vital throughout the season if he can remain fit which is always a big if with him.

Have a look back and you'll see plenty arguing with me saying he would be a terrible CB and it wasn't a position he could adapt to.

I'm very rarely wrong on judgements of our players btw, not being big headed just saying.

Is Wanyama actually going to add a delusional sense of grandeur to his already grating personality? :smiley-laughing002:

He played much better than usual, his ball for Griffiths to put him through on goal with his weak peg was top drawer. Nearly fell off my chair when he did it couldn't believe it.

Still not good enough though in general going forward imo, but you'll not hear me moaning about him tonight.
