OK, lads, I always wanted to know which part of Scotland has most Celtic fans. Well, that's Glasgow, that's for sure, but how do we stand in other parts of Scotland the brave?
I always thought we had more fans than the Huns in Scottish Highlands, probably because of Gaelic ancestry. Or they prefer Inverness and Aberdeen to Celtic?
Do the Scots without Irish heritage support Celtic more than Rangers?
Celtic fans from Scotland are mostly of Irish origin, but is there increase of Celtic fans without Irish heritage?

My Dad lives in the highlands, apparently the town he lives in is very, very hunnish. Not sure that's representative of the whole of the highlands though. Inverness, for example, had to close down their rangers shop not too long after it opened, but they have a Celtic store which is going strong and has been for a number of years now, which suggests that there are more Tims in Inverness than huns.

I can't remember where I read that, but there was an article about R*****s fans who insulted people in Highland who speak Gaelic. I can't remember where it was, I even can't remember who was their opponent, could be Inverness, but I am not sure.

the hun store could have closed for a different reason perhaps...... related to the JJB sports deal. Either way, fine with me.

I could be wrong but some parts of the highlands are full of huns I'm sure, black watch country.

Reckon us Tims are in the minority in Scotland compared to huns, but expand that to worldwide and we blow the huns out the water.

I'm from the Shetland Isles and would say that there are a bit more hun fans than celtic. Also quite a few Aberdeen fans kicking about too.

I don't think there can be any question that the Huns have a bit more support in Scotland than we do. Even today, there are a lot of knuckle dragging bigots in this country that hate Celtic and everything we stand for. Anti-Catholic racism is still very much prevalent in today's society. It doesn't even matter if they don't support Rangers, they still can't stand us.

As someone above said though, take it on to a European scale, or even worldwide, and they are nowhere near us. Anybody who knows who they are mainly know them through association with us and due to their hatred for Catholics, they are not accepted or liked in a lot of European countries.
