In the air Commons is a better passer but on the deck Forrest is much more intelligent and is a much better passer, he also makes much more intelligent runs than commons does.

Forrest passing is pretty much inferior to Commons’ in every single way.

Forrest is not capable of making a killer pass like Commons is.

I disagree, commons is pretty poor on the deck if I'm being honest. anyway Forrest is a much better all around player with a much brighter future than commons. Those who believe we will see the commons of last year returning any time soon are very mistaken, average championship standard player who has had one above average year in his career.

Forrest very rarely hits the byline for a cross, unless Samaras is playing. One, twos around the box with Stooper.

A lot of our goals and Forrests goals have came from that this season.

:50: he is very intelligent with the balls he slips into the front two, he also slips quite a few high quality balls into the path of the fullbacks. Imo he is the best in our team at one two passing, for some reason most people think of him as just a pacy winger but he has so much more to his game.

Stokes is far more lazy than Hooper, and certainly has been the last few games. If Hooper's mind is on Southampton then * knows what Stokes' mind has been on, because he's played even worse and with no injury or excuse.

His assists disagree with you. When he's not in the team we look distinctly average, we completely lack pace and creativity. Commons has been getting better the last few weeks and was of course fantastic last season, almost won us the league after coming in January.

But i'm sorry to say as someone who has known about and watched him for years since he was at Stoke, that was his best season by a COUNTRY MILE. I fear that will be his 1 hit wonder.

Forrest on the other hand has had 1 terrific season already and is only 20.

Mulgrews contribution from the back line has been absolutely magnificent this season and is now our most important player along with Kayal.

Disappointed with Adam Matthews' one assist which surprises me. His defensive game has been good however and he is still a young boy so has plenty of time to improve.

A fit and on form Commons would tear this league up, he's a class act when he plays like he did on Saturday.

Kris Commons, shows you that despite having a shaky season he is a key player.

Actually feel a bit sorry for Stokesy. Him and Hooper have had that wee mini competition going on between them throughout the entire season, with both determined to score more than the other.

Then, on the final day, Hooper starts the game and Stokes gets benched. Hooper goes on to score five, with Stokes only coming on in the latter stages of the match :56:

Still, amazing contribution from Stokesy too this season. 21 goals in any professional campaign is great :50:

Still think he was mostly poor overall until the last couple of months mate. 13 assists or not, and a good few of them actually came at the beginning of the year as well :56: :50:

Big Chico is * unreal considering he's played centre half or left back most games :icon_mrgreen::icon_mrgreen:

Forrest and Wanyama very good contributions for their first full seasons.

Ledley has emerged as a "sung" hero for more fans this year as well :50:

Just a wee thing since the seasons over and not much to talk about.

Just noticed mental too how an On Loan Keeper has the 4th highest number of appearances for the Club :97::56:
