    My player of the year just behind Mulgrew. He was consistently brilliant, even when others weren't. I think we do need another left mid, not because he isn't good enough but because we don't really have anyone to compete for that position like most others.

    It would take silly money for Lennon to let him go and he has already shown, by turning down moves when the whole fanbase hated him, that he wants to be here.

    As Neil Lennon said, 'on his day, he is world class' - tonight, and even more so against Russia, he proved that.

    Was decent this year but wasn`t close to being our best player. If we could get 3-4m from his performances in the Euro`s, i`ll be very happy. Vastly over rated by some our own support but also under rated by some too
