Obviously you don't mate :50: but I just think a lot of the critisism aimed at Samaras is unwarranted, it seems it's fashionable among Celtic fans to lump the blame on the guy but even when the big man plays well folk seem to overlook it, he played a blinder against Atletico but that seems to get brushed under the carpet.

to be honest mate a just want a striker that scores goals, I would defo play two upfront and if stokes is injured I would give bangura his debut. if we play 1 upfront it shows them too much respect this aint atletico madrid. the huns have been lucky to get wins in most of the games theyve played this season.

I've said it many times... Sammy provides one or two mercurial moment in every game. Unfortunately, if he doesn't make those couple of moments count, then his inclusion will have been a complete waste of a jersey.

Come on Lenny... you're acting like a gambler who keeps feeding the puggy despite a long losing run because you feel your luck's got to change. IT WON'T WHEN IT COMES TO SAMARAS! Give him away in the next transfer window!

Sorry, but that's such a short-sighted view! He's * HUGE... anyone of his height should be winning headers all day long! It's what he does with them that counts and today (as per usual) he did SFA! They bounced all over the shop...

A good game? He spends more time on the wing than upfront and he's a striker. When was his last goal? Scores 3 goals last season in how many games? Shouldn't of been given a new contract and he's not the only player who shouldn't be here.

People yap on about starting Stokes ahead of Samaras against the huns. Stokes' disastrous excuse for a performance when he came on explains it. We scored 2 before he came on, he came on, pathetically had the ball taken off him after a woeful attempt to take on 3 defenders, and did * all else. Samaras over Stokes against the huns, definitely.

You know why that is? Because a lot of the time he is played on the wing.

Any one that blames Sammy for today is a * clown.

The whole side never turned up all of them and the biggest person to blame today was Lenny got it all wrong .

I defend him always, and I'm going to make the point here: lots of people do. Always. It's not like everybody blames his for every loss. Some people do sometimes, let's not exaggarate.

I'm going to get belters for this but how can you defend a striker who can't score goals?

Looking at overall performances, and by taking into consideration he is played on the wing more than he is up front.
