Brilliant interview. Nice to see Lenny willing to stick up for Scottish football as a whole.

Remember when Lenny looked so * tired and stressed at times a few months back. Great to see he looks much, much better now.

You're right there. Not very often you'll have a young manager having such a strong command of the English language. Lennon is an intelligent guy and always comes across fair, even if it it's not what everyone wants to hear.
And he's right about the media, or the Sun for that matter, in that they are disgusting. TO try and raise "old firm" tensions with a nothing story is pitifully shocking.

How many players over the years from across the divide have been good mates? A good few without knowing the numbers.
But I mind McManus and Ferguson were good mates and often roomed together on international duty.

So well done Lenny. Keep it up and don't let these sewer-rats get to you and your team.

i believe lenny and ferguson were friends as well, remember the story of lennon making ferguson a video for his 30th birthday lying on fergusons couch with just his boxers on

if i remember right they stayed close to one another and fergusons wife had lent lennon the keys to do it.

excellent interview from lennon and he summed it up perfectly at the end with his snipe at the media. hes 100% right as well all, they want to do it talk about how bad sectarianism is but then they make a story out of two neighbours having a pint.
