I think he'll get on 2nd half, only fair since it's an experimental team to give everyone some game time before the last friendly...I'll watch it anyway

This is Foster's biggest game so far.

Thats a game I always forget about for some reason:smiley-laughing002:

Probably because the one with Naka's infamous free kick is much more memorable.

Ive said it 100 times already, foster is a donkey and big lurch is a far better keeper..

That foster was ropey as * again tonight, kicking to there attackers on the deck, coming out his box and getting nowhere near the ball, then again kicking thin air and lucky there front man put it wide and he didn't connect with the player or he was off..

    Total diddy..

Do they not have one more friendly to play? Surely big Fra will get a shot then. Not that it means anything however as Mr Anti-Dandruff is still going to start.

They play izzys mob at the weekend mate..

I don't think he'll play then and certainly wwon't get a minute once the tournament kicks off..
Barring injury to the other 2, he won't even make the bench..

Good though, let the other 2 calamity keepers be the fall guys..

I just read an article where Roy Hodgson was basically saying foster n hart will be more realistically the keepers he'll try out here n there because he basically knows the chances of a 3rd string international goalkeeper having to come into the team during the competition is very very unlikely. I believe he even went as far as to say that Forster is basically there as a good training buddy for the 2. Not in those words but said something down the lines of Forster being essential to the training with the goalkeepers.

there's no chance Forster will get a game. Only way I can see it is if Roy Hodgson saw how shaky Ben foster was in that friendly and wants to stick in big Fraser to see if he is the better 2nd choice option (I guess we'll find out in their next friendly)

Yesss you're about a week late reading that article fella :bbpd:

Forster's such a good goalie he deserves to start the next friendly after Foster's performance yesterday.

aye yer right mate. Was about a week ago. Don't know why I said "I just read". I noticed but couldn't be arsed editing it, thinking 'ahh nae * will notice' never thought it would be the * 1st reply to my post :56::56:

n aye mate I hope Forster does get a shot but I think Roy Hodgson probably did pick Forster as number 3 because he is well known for being a very hard trainer. He's always the 1st in and the last to leave. I understand why he would pick him over that Rudy cuntob

He came on around 75/76 mins and had little to do, a save from Izzy of all people ! A long range effort and I think he only did it to give lurch something to do.
    Izzy was steady enough.

Pointless putting a keeper on at that time really, should of gave him a half last week with foster and that would be the end of it
