    I have to eat humble pie, I was his biggest critic , i thought he was not Celtic quality and he was never a game winner like Bonner and Boruc were.

    How wrong was I :52: He has improved greatly over the last season and he does saves that win us games now and that 2 performances against barca says it all about the big man.

    I hope he gets his cap for england, he deserves it , keep up the good work big man.

    That performance last night puts him on a par with Boruc for me. Couple more and he'll surpass him.

    Spartak, and the 2 Barca games is the same as Boruc's Benfica and 2 Man United games.

    Lets have a few AC Milan like Boruc performances out the big man and the last 16 definitely won't be our limit!

    Every big game comes along he gets better and better. I was'nt sure of him at first but l've been watching Celtic for 45 years and he's the BEST keeper we've ever had. l think he'll go onto one day play for one of the top teams in Europe

    It's mad when you think about it. I don't know about anyone else but after his first season here I wanted him gone. Was disappointed we 'settled' for him on loan for another season. His progression is beyond all reason.

    His progression since THAT penalty save against Farts has been nothing more than astronomical.

    How true - we're bringing in players of apparently modest talent and turning out teams that can live with the best. I think more than half this squad have had the jury out as far as I was concerned when I first saw them, yet now I can think of few players that could replace them given the way we set our stall out (I'd take a gamble on that young Argentinian fellow that scored last night though - he looked a good prospect).

    Something is going very right with the coaching and development of this squad.
