Because Alan Pardew is a * and he obviously thought that he was just letting his 3rd choice 'keeper out to get a few games in a lesser league :icon_mrgreen: Little did he know and right now for me, Krul wouldn't even get a look in over Forster :50:

Well, i was one of the No voters and i still made the right decision- AT the time! But the big man is playing fantastically well now and it would be great if he could get a few England caps.

seriously now why shouldn't he start against Sweeden? his two games against Barca and Hart's two games against Ajax should warrant Forster getting in the starting line up for the this friendly atleast it is what his performances deserve.

he will never replace Hart as their no 1 while he is in scotland because they are just to stupid to see how good this guy is which is really * annoying and a crying shame because if he were in Man U colors or something and pulled off those saves especially the one against Messi he would easily take Hart's place for the one game.

    Exactly.

Just seems to be that playing in England alone makes you an automatic consideration for an England call-up at times but outside there - especially in Scotland - it takes all their time to even muster up an effort to come to a match and watch a player.

    EDIT: Just seen this

    Well done again Forster :50:

Could not be truer, he more then deserves atleast the one game against Sweeden but will he get it? of course not because said attitude towards english players outside the english league.

Logically Forster has been very consistent and pulled off some fantastic saves while Hart has been accident prone and leaking in very soft goals so Forster should start but that won't happen.

Good thing for Forster is though, anymore games like that some big teams will starting to nosy round soon enough maybe even Barca themselfs :icon_mrgreen:

I hope he does get his first cap for England, not that I wish them to do well but the big man deserves it !! Hopefully with him being involved in the England set up and with games like last night he may decide Celtic is where his long term future belongs. Would love him to be here for many years to come

Was amazing last night and his confidence will be sky high which for a keeper will only make him better.

Delighted to see he's in the England squad for the next game, surely he'll get some game time, with it being a friendly.
