only 23 and so far has gone from strength to strength, bettered Boruc record in his first season here which people seem to discredit because he apparently had a better defense in front of him which is debatable.

either way out the three being touted Forster is the priority and then it would be Gordon for back up as to bring in Boruc would be unfair to what he has done in italy only to play second fiddle to Forster

Waiting to hear from England no doubt.

Guarantee he would sign for a club destined to get relegated next season before he would sing for us!

You might be right. He may just be holding out for more money, but then again I have heard he is very ambitious and maybe think one season in the EPL with a diddy team mighty put him in the shop window.

Tbh I think he is a good keeper but if we could get a fit Boruc back I wouldnt try too hard to keep him.

I think he's waiting for a good club in England, I think he is quite happy here but he's waiting to see if a midtable team will come in for him.

However this is the best crop of goalkeepers I've ever seen in England at the moment.

Aye thats why we may get lucky, all the decent teams have good keepers only West Brom and QPR would be looking at him as a new first choice keeper and I dont think hed go to them, maybe West Brom but doubt it.

I honestly thought we would have him signed up and in the bag by now. Hopefully it will still happen but the longer this goes on you can't help but think Lenny has to force the issue one way or the other soon. We have the CL qualifiers in two months time and can't afford to be left with just Zaluska.

    Right ... two months.

    Loads of time.

I assume the next few weeks are gonna be very, very busy for Lennon & Co. at Celtic Park.

Pretty sure they will be, also the up and coming Euro's will no doubt give Lenny a chance to cast his eye over potential signings.

Really? There's a poll for this?

    Of course he should stay.

the question in the poll is "do you want forster to stay?" not "do you think forster will stay?".

personally i'm desperate to get him signed full time but if he is looking down south for options before he decides then not sure if i do want him or not. it should be a no brainer for him to join having completed 2 full seasons, just won his first league title and now has a crack at the CL next year.

I think the euros could be a real bonus for us this year. Great chance to scout players and these internationals are the players to take us forward in the c.l...

Hope big fraz signs soon so we can get our focus on a striker and 2 cbs

He'll stay. The reason for that being the Champions League, the highest stage in football, and it's something he just won't get at Newcastle.

supporting newcastle means nothing. he wont get past krul. and if krul leaves then he will cost quite a bit, which pardew will probably spend replacing him with a bigger name.

exactly, what would be the point in him leaving when the best he could hope for is a mid table premiership side with no CL, most likely no europe and no hope at honours!
