Had my weekly session with my trainer tonight, what a write off man.

Was so * stiff even after stretching for a good 10 mins, my job doesn't help either with sitting all day and probably with bad posture.

Found it impossible to do a squat with a barbell above my head (wide grip) also was getting bad cramps in my feet.

What ones did you buy? got to watch with some protein bars as they are loaded with sugar, go into BnM home bargains place you can get these http://www.homebargains.co.uk/products/11797-protein-active-paleo-bar-case-of-15.aspx really good and cheap.

Regarding "meal replacements" you really shouldn't be replacing meals with shakes, shakes are only good for quick easy protein or snack/hitting your macros

Hurricane xs bars. 12g of sugar, 28g of protein.

Tried the 69p one's from home bargains, didn't like them. Don't know if the 99p one's are any better (?)

I'm only going to use the drink in the mornings and still have lunch & dinner. Or have breakfast and one for lunch. Just trying to lose a wee belly podge. Took 2 inches off it in the last 6-8 weeks just by drinking water instead of cola. Also having these Skyr yogurts instead of chocolate. Just trying to get another few inches off.

I know I'm still taking in a lot of sugar, just trying to cut it down from the days I was having 3-4 cans a day & about 2-3 chocolate bars. Just lucky I only got a wee bit of belly fat... on the outside anyway.

I really wish I had the time to take up BJJ or something as it would work wonders for my flexibility.

Even a game of fitba would do :smiley-laughing002:
Not sure what they ones are like.

Why don't you make your own? Pretty straight forward to make them and at least you know everything that's going in to them.
How long does 10000 steps take?

I did BJJ at the end of last year and this year but broke my hand so haven't been back since. Just getting the strength back fully before I try it again.

10000 steps for me, was just the average steps in a day tbh.

started my first ever cycle of AAS. has anyone else ever used anabolics or use them currently?

doing a short 8 week cycle to see how it goes i guess lol

    500mg of Test E 500 per week split into 250mg injections thursday/sunday

    30mg Dianabol per day
    .5g Arimidex every other day

and for a post cycle 4 weeks of Nolvadex at 40/40/20/20 mg per day.

this will be in conjunction with a 4000 calorie per day diet.

be interesting to see what size i get with being 6ft 1 and 205lbs at the moment

I've been on a diet since the end of March and so far I've lost 4st 1lb. I've been over weight for many years and although I had tried to diet over the years on my own, I'd lose a little then I'd give in to temptation and fall off the wagon. This time I joined Slimming World and managed to stick with it. Still got a little more to go and finding it difficult at times but I'm determined to reach my target weight.

    Thanks x

Yeah it's a great diet, well it's more a change of a healthier diet and lifestyle, so much " free food" that there's no need to feel hungry, I highly recommend it.

Well done to your mum, I hope she managed to get to where she wants to be weight wise.

Think she still wants another stone or so! So many different recipes like you say though. Made brownies the other week and couldn't tell the difference, amazing. :56:

I'm guessing you have tried just eating 4000 calories and lifting? Have you been lifting for a while I take it?

Ive never used anything like that but know people who have and have browsed various steroid forums out of interest.

The fear of gyno would stop me from doing tbh :smiley-laughing002:
That's fantastic Marie, some going that :50:
