Aye true if I was back home it would be worse.

Will lose about half of that in water weight in a week or two once I go back to low carb.

Eased my self back into with a 8k run there, wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Anyway tipped the scales at 190lbs this morning, according to MFP I was around 173lbs a few weeks ago.

Back to usual diet, running during the week then some weights at the weekend, will be interesting to see how fast I can get back down to the weight I was a 3 weeks ago.

Hit it hard today again. Good session in the gym, rounded off with a good session with the gloves and hitting the pads..

Just got to try and up it now. Want to beast it for the next couple month's..

86kg is not too bad, depending on your height. That's what I weigh now, but my target weight is 75kg.

Do you guys mind me asking what sort of shape/size you are? I'm 5'9 myself and sit between 75 and 77kg currently. I'm looking to get down to 67/68kg.

Find I've got a gut/beer belly, but of moob situation and my jar line certainly has filled out over the years

32inch as well, but obviously on someone a bit shorter.
Want to be 30 I think, but my waist isn't too bad its the gut more than anything.

I was a 29" waist when leaving school, but don't think I could become that thin again unless I starved myself. It's my upper body, especially my shoulders that I'm going to be working on now.

Just be aware that shifting belly fat is harder than other places, and doing weights can be just as, if not more, benefitial than cardio for weight loss.

Yeah 28inch and 8 and a half stone when I left school as well. Let the weight slowly build the few years after school till I got to this size, no intention of getting that slim again but want to be somewhere in the middle.

Good luck. A lot of it is nutrition too. No point trying to cut weight if you're doing a great workout then stuffing your face with a kebab later.

Certainly agree there. Think one of my biggest issues is the amount of beer and * I eat.
Been slowly getting in to a more rounded diet which has seen me lose half a stone in the past couple weeks. But need to do better to force that issue and actually work out a bit. Starting on the bike tonight to kick start that side of things.

I wouldn't ask me I have one of the weirdest builds going, I could be considered skinny/fat/toned all at once :56:

When I was at 173 I still had some fat on the chest and lower gut but could see definition in other areas, so I would like to get down to about 165 and see where to go from there.

I'm just a shade under 6' and weigh about 84kg. I carry a bit of extra fat around the hips which won't go away, but otherwise I am fine. Last summer I went low carb and high fat and was down to 73kg which was far too light for me. I was still pretty muscular but with hardly any fat. If you want to burn off the excess fat, go low carb, high fat and do circuits and HIIT in the gym.

It is. I still do the exercises, but no longer with the same diet. I am vegetarian, so I think by doing low carb, high fat I was putting myself into a severe calorie deficit. I just couldn't eat enough throughout the day. I lost about 10kg in 3 months.
