Thinking about it, Chelsea would probably have accepted £25million off Barca or Bayern and if they did he'd have went to one of them instead of PSG, so PSG no really giving a * about money probably just bid something that Barca or Bayern wouldnt match so they knew they'd get him.

If they bid maybe even £35million, Barca might have matched it knowing they need a decent defender with pace, so £50million would have just cleared the way.

Chelsea gave us 25M€ + Matic for David Luiz. They ended up re-buying Matic for 25M€. Now, PSG spends more than 50M€ in order to buy David Luiz, apparently. This plastic clubs just don't know what to do with so much money...

Regarding the fee, ridiculous. Not even the best defender Benfica had in the last few years, how can he be worth that much? PSG could pay 20M€ for Garay and would have a much better (or more secure) defender.

I guess he needs to look "strong" because he has failed to get the needed investment to upgrade São Paulo's Morumbi Stadium (the biggest club owned stadium in Brazil, second biggest in South America) after years of saying he will. So now he looks quite foolish.

It also looks worse as São Paulo will be the only one of São Paulo city's big three without a new, upgrade stadium and so they will lose money they get from renting the stadium out for concerts.

On Ganso, he has a lot of ups and downs and can't seem to keep any kind of form. He was just so hyped up while he was at Santos that is was unfair. He was always going to look "bad" once he was compared to Zidane.
