    With no club since March of this year, when he terminated his contract with West Bromwich Albion, controversial striker Nicolas Anelka, 35, was offered a place at Atlético Mineiro. The Mineiro club became interested in the veteran and are negotiating the arrival of reinforcements for next season.

    As the French man has no existing contract with another club, the international transfer window's closer last Tuesday does not interfere with his situation. Anelka is free to sign with any Brazilian team, but at the moment he is only in talks with the Galo and may be registered for the second phase of the Libertadores.

    Was told today that Dortmund were lining up an official bid for Kagawa. (NOT a swap) Won't happen now - Shinji wants to stay.

    Dortmund want Immobile but fear that he's going to replace Diego Costa at Atletico Madrid


    Everton will make a bid for Tom Cleverley in the summer. He is one of their main targets. [via @DuckerTheTimes Barry looks he could head to Mls.
