    They were talking about it last night on MNF, Neville and Carragher both saying they couldnt see how he was fitting in. Carragher said maybe one of Rooney or Van Persie will be leaving soon, Neville said maybe or maybe they will change how they play.

    If they are signing him they should sell Nani, Young, Valencia, Zaha - as they'll then have no use for wingers and Cleverley and use the money to sign 2 new centre-mids as well.

    Could maybe get Guarin and Cabaye for £40million, £15million and £25million. Or even just sign Guarin now and then in the summer they could go for one of Cabaye/Herrera/Gundogan or whoever.

    Id imagine they could get £15million for Nani, £7million for Young, £8million for Valencia, £5million for Zaha and £5million for Cleverley.

    Would give them
    Carrick
    Guarin Cabaye
    Mata
    Rooney Van Persie

    Still have the back up of Jones, Giggs, Fellaini, Januzaj, Kagawa, Welbeck and Hernandez.

    Then in the summer they could sort the defence. Get rid of Ferdinand, Evans and one of Vidic or Smalling, Buttner and Evra and go for 3 defenders - 2 of the likes of Vertonghen/Hummels/Moisander/Van Dijk and a left-back like Coentrao/Marcelo/Adriano/Shaw.

    That'd be them sorted. Maybe cost £125-150million though but they need massive changes as soon as they can.

    This always had an inevitability about it, the best French talent, it was only a matter of time before PSG went for him.

    I'm also surprised PSG haven't tried to go for Mata considering Cavani isn't happy playing in his current role, you'd suspect Mata might do a job as their number 10 with Lucas and Pastore either side behind Ibra.

    No idea if the Mata deal will happen but talks took place after the Chelsea game ,Fergie and David Gill are having a big role in trying to push this one over the line.

    Coates close to returning to Nacional on a 6-month loan deal, according to Uruguayan press.

    The loan deal will be free and Liverpool will pay his wages.

    Maybe they could be offering Bayern £20million or so and considering hes 30 they'll take it and he'll get his wages topped up.

    Bayern are ok for defenders Martinez, Boateng, Badstuber and Van Buyten and given their recent raids of Dortmund you wouldnt be suprised if they were sniffing about Hummels.

    Martinez being their best defensive mid and Badstuber having being injured since 2012... No way.
