It's funny but the big guy is a *. As others said if it was another big guy not paying a ticket he would have done * all. Would he be a legend if it was a teenager chucking a wee cheeky boy off a train?

How do you all know that he would not have tried to chuck out someone else if they were as big as him. The guy only did what every bouncer in Glasgow does every Friday and Saturday night and they don't get lifted for it.

Can't believe folk taking the side of a cheeky wee * giving an old guy abuse for doing his job. Deserved everything he got.

The gay voice at the end saying cheers is cringey as *.

The conductor should have atold the guy transport police will be awaiting at the next stop and let the train continue on its journey, there should be only one outcome here....

    The conductor gets training.
The big man gets charged with assault.
The wee guy gets charged with breach of the peace.

Exactly how I see it. Had it been a genuine mistake the guy could have apologised and politely asked if he could stay on. He was being a loud mouth, swearing opposite little kids, and therefore deserves no respect whatsoever. He was verbally abusing an old guy who was only doing his job - not his fault he has a * job - so well done the guy who chucked him off the train. Leaving aside the ticket, as soon as you start disrespecting people then you deserve none yourself. I do not see what the "big man" did as assault at all. He was defending the old man and seemed to be appreciated by all those inconvenienced around him.

It wasn't just the fact that he didn't pay the train fare though. He was being a cheeky wee * in general and was showing utter disregard for the people around him, eg, swearing when there was more than likely a number of young children in the same carriage as him.

I reckon he got everything he deserved. He wouldn't have found himself in that situation in the first place had he just done the decent thing.

Any of you got kids?? I have..how would you feel if he/she was on youtube being picked up and slammed on the ground by a person 3 times their size?? Do any of you know if the guy that got slammed was ok after that? Did he have any injuries to his skull? his bones? All because of an over inflated price of a train ticket!!..Yes the lad was being cheeky..but did he deserve what he got? I'd say no!...

Ive had plenty run ins with bus drivers/train conductors for things that were my fault and on things that wer'nt my fault!
I was thrown off a bus coming from Cardonald and going to Garthamlock (where I was headed) and made to get off at Bellahouston Park all because I was 50 pence short on my fair and the driver knew where I was going cos he was driving the bus the day before..and I walked to Dennistoun where I got a lift home from an Uncle

Also been subjected to sectarian abuse from a bus driver cos I had a Celtic scarf on coming home from work..

Had the police called on me because I left my train ticket in my overalls in work and didnt have money to pay for another one..

Been told to get off a bus way short from the stop I paid for cos the driver wanted to wait at another stop rather than the termanist (where he should have stopped).

My girlfriend was held up by 3 conductors cos her ticket wasnt being read properly going through turnstiles at Queen Street station..they were holding the ticket up to the light n everything treating her like an idiot..they didnt know I was with her and went * crazy!

Ive seen bus drivers looking away and driving by old women because they were 2 metres away from the stop.

Ive seen old women being refused entry to a bus whilst stopped at traffic lights!

Ive also seen a pre teen young girl being refused entry to a bus because she was 20 pence short late at night..the driver had actually told her to get off and started driving away before I could get down to give the wee lassie the money!!

As you may have gathered, Ive seen alot of things on public transport..and the people that work on them should use their head a bit and deal with the situation properly..bust most of the time they couldnt give a * for anyone..

THATS WHY I GOT A CAR!!...*! lol

That's precisely what would have happened - if he hadn't sat, refusing to admit he hadn't paid, and swearing at the conductor for doing his job.

Wee guys a *, the old guy was doing his job and getting abused off a wee ned who hadn't paid his way!
To say the big guy wouldn't have done it if the guy was bigger is a lot of *!
And as for the argument about if anyone has kids here, if I did and saw them acting like that I'd tell them they got what they deserved for being a *!

Wee * deserved it. Ive got a lot of respect for the ticket inspector for not taking his pish, would've been far easier for him to walk away intimidated but he stood his ground. As for the big guy getting involved, I'd like to see more people do so in that sort of situation, maybe it would stop wee neds like the one in the video behaving like fannies.

Nobody has the right to throw my kids onto a concrete slab like that and man handle them like that. If my kids are fannys and some one wants to point that out, so be it, get them charged by the Police for breach of the peace and what ever law not paying for a ticket breaks.
If they want to drag them through a train in front of everyone and slam them into a concrete platform they better have steel armour on.

    My thoughts exactly.

You could feel the mood turning aswel so the big fella took action before something kicked off. There was no violence, just an ejection.

I've been to stabbings on trains under exactly the same circumstances so for me the right thing was done.
