Seriously, look at it. His fingers look like they were designed by Tim Burton, it looks about half a foot too long, his shoulder is a few inches lower than the other one and his upper arm looks like it's been in some sort of accident.

No doubt Jelavic will be trying the same thing on whoever plays at left back. Davis - and Aluko if he plays - will be tasked with getting forward to pick up these knock ons. The fullbacks will need to be strong and aware, while the midfielders will need to track their runners. They'll be looking for free kicks, too, so everyone will need to be sharp as a tack in the challange.
