was our best player in the first half, he had a long shot which wasn't far from going in and then hooper missed a sitter off of a rebound on one of his shots. He was subbed because of injury not because he was playing poorly. I really think we need him if we want to beat the huns because he is our only attacking player with pace, without him we are very one dimensional in wide areas and very predictable.

Tbf he is top goalscorer though.

One of the things I'm looking forward to most is the atmosphere. If we do win, it's a night game, just after Christmas, we go top, it should be incredible, cannot wait for it. :50:

Harsh on Forrest, Ki and Mulgrew but it's pretty much a given that Brown will start, and Kayal/Ledley is still our best midfield partnership.

We need to be 100% focused now on this game.

I know, right? The guy is constantly offside!

He does have a poachers instinct but he's pretty useless otherwise.

Jelavic is not the same player with Naismith out, that has really affected his form, probably should not be saying this though

If he keeps on playing the way he is,they'll be lucky to get 2 mil for him.
Was'nt our best of games today but we were never going to lose it,maybe a draw near the end, against a Killie team who were well up for it.Why cant they play like that against the scum instead of gifting them 5 goals every game.

I'm not sure. My brain's telling me a major hunskelping will happen once again, but my nerves aren't sure :54:
Although the huns have been utter * this season and we've had a good run of results to close the gap, our performances haven't been spectacular in this run either, as we've been winning, but not comfortably.

I thought he was * poor today to be honest. Those two shots aside, he was constantly losing possession and had we been been playing against a better team it could have seen us punished.

He wasn't the only one who played poorly today but I doubt he'll look back on the game as one of his better ones.

to be honest the whole team was pretty rank for the entire first half didnt create enough chances and lost possesion far too easily but i although he did lose possesion a couple of times id give him pass marks for creating something when we didnt look like creating anything.

Bit harsh there, I only remember him losing it once although my stream was cutting out quite a bit so i probably missed some. A good winger will lose the ball though because it is an attack minded position. I'm not comparing Forrest to Messi ability wise but Messi loses the ball quite a bit but it is worth having him on the pitch because of what he brings to the table in an attacking sense, same goes for Forrest. I just don't like the idea of us playing the huns without our only attacking threat, obviously I'm a big fan of his but imo he is the only player in the team who can be relied upon to beat his man consistently. The only other player in the team who can beat a man with a dribble is Samaras but he is to inconsistent for me. I just think it would be a gignatic mistake to leave him out, we left him out last time we played the huns and we were toothless.
