    My prediction:
    Celtic 3 - 1 Rangers
The only reason I think Rangers will score is because they'll get an undeserved penalty.

But one thing Celtic always do against this lot is show them too much respect. We sort of show some level of fear instead of just playing our own game we play straight into their anti-football thuggery.

Let's play with some class, and style. :50:

Def is my only concern for this game especially as Maj is out now. Huns Like a punt Diagonally to our smaller full backs thought this was sorted by having Charles at LB but think he;ll have to move to cb as Rogne got schooled by Jellybitch last time they met. Its also still to early for Izzy to return imo.

Cha doesn't fill me with confidence defensively either so Matthews must start rb for this game. Would prefer Ledley in the CM position as he's been a rock in previous derby games but think he'll have to cover LB.

My def would be; Matthews K Wilson Mulgrew Ledley

I would have to stick with the 4-2-3-1 formation that has worked so well the past few months, this can easily turn into a straigt forward 4-4-2 or even a 4-3-3 with Jimmy moving up with sammi. For me Vic + Kayal in the sitting role is a must, cut out any balls from Davis or Edu etc. The front 3 of Forrest, Sammi and Hoops need to be at their top of the game, yes Rankers have scraped through recent matches but be rest assured Fat Sally wil be making sure they make it a physical match. The only reason im not starting stoksey is because he would just be back from injury and he'd, imo, get targeted. I cant see any reason why we couldnt / shouldnt take 3-4 off these bums. i think they will be going out and hoping for a draw! Sammi usually has a good game vs the huns and our defence need to be alert and sharp to every ball, we need to show this mob that we are the best team in this league, go out and skelp these *, from the first minute to the last, in there faces and show them were up for it. Put them to the sword, kill them off for once and for all, i want to see Celtic top of the league before Mr Administrator steps foot in that * forsaken place.

    was petrov but now McManus
I think Neil will have learned his lesson from the first old firm and will be well aware of the long balls being punted into our box. I can see us working on defending these all week. So I think , we should think twice about putting Wanyama at centre half. Yeah he's got a lot of strength and pace but I'm not convinced by his aerial prowess. I think we should go for Kelvin and Mulgrew at centre back and shift wanyama into the midfield. I just like how well we close the ball down when we have Vic and Kayal in the centre. It'd be a very poor decision to put Broonie into the centre position. But I do think he should play, probably on the right. Taking all things into account, I think we should play this team.

    Forster
    Cha Wilson Mulgrew Izzy
    Forrest Brown Wanyama Kayal Samaras
    Hooper

Izzy a chance worth taking at this stage. The flat 3 midfield will give plenty of protection to our centre backs and Samaras and Forrest could play further forward , giving us width and support to Hooper.

I think that gets a little bit overplayed rogne had played excellently in the previous old firm game that season but in that particular game the ref blew for a foul every time rogne tried to get physical with jelavic. This allowed jelavic to overpower rogne at will and win headers due to the fact rogne really couldn't challenge for them or else he would concede another free kick. That game was one of the most subtly worst refereed games i have ever watched with rangers getting every 50/50 decision or small foul.

    A little bit overplayed? :56:

You would be mistaken for thinking Rogne has played 1 game for Celtic and it was against the huns in the Cup Final. The reality is he is a young defender that will make some mistakes some times, especially against a decent striker.

Looking forward to this one, still no happy with Willie Collum officiating, blows that whistle every 10 seconds, which suits the mankies more than it does us.We should be fine though as long as he nips his 'honest mistakes' in the bud.
Both Stokes and Emilio should start if fit.

I coudnt agree more, most of know brown is rotten and i can recall a game at ipox when him and lafferty got in a tangle and he got sent off, he actually laughed at the time with kevin thomson who gave him a little pat on the head and brown jotted off without a care in the world... he is a liability i woudnt play him.
