it was a dramatic game and all but the first half bored me to tears

I think by 'best game' he means it in terms of the passion and fight shown by the players. And the atmosphere sounded * amazing on the stream I was watching, yet again.

These are the sort of results that can (and I'm sure WILL) make us champions.

We were a very lackluster side in the first half to be honest - a bit like after the 20 mins mark at the Dundee Utd game - without Hearts really ever troubling us. Came into it a bit more in the second have and was more urgency but seemed to be still a bit off the boil, but it's hard to break down a 10 man defence.

Wanyama'* was * stunning and what a great time to get his first goal for us as well. Penalty was pretty soft BUT I do think it was a penalty (preparing myself for the pelters now :icon_mrgreen because you take a risk when raising the arm that high in the box. Sat back waiting for the net to bulge from the resulting penalty but cheered like * when big Forster saved it (a big to his critics :icon_mrgreen.

Could really tell after the game that there seems to a be a huge spirit about the team now compared to 2 to 2 1/2 months ago. The team actually LOOK like they are fighting for the title now and the confidence seems to be getting higher too.

We are winning trickier games by grinding out results by sheer doggedness, determination and grit in my opinion, and whereas some are not the best of performances we are still getting the results. Those manky * had to rely on - yet AGAIN - another penalty to get them off the mark. Doesn't take a genius to work out who the much better side is here.

Hopefully this momentum carries on to the 28th and hopefully we really pump these * and show that the 4-2 game was just a fluke for them and we can ram Jellylegs words even further down his throat.

 

I second this , most enjoyable game this season for me.
Maybe it would have been different watching it on a stream, but the last 20 minutes was as high drama as you get and the atomosphere was incredible

 

What a game that turned out to be, great goal and save. I'm still buzzing. Was it a pen? Couldn't see from my end.

i was going to work watching the game on my phone almost crashed like 3 times lol as soon as i got to the office went to the toilet and * me ......penalty at the last minute... i was sitting in there doing my business and i see sammy then the keeper moving the ball from the spot i was 100% sure he would miss, he stops it and i scream yasssss !!!!! i hear some one say is everything alright???

 

Me too mate. This has put me on a high for the rest of the week, no doubt.

As for the penalty, the ball definitely hit Vic's hand, but I don't think he knew much about it and it was definitely harsh.

* it though, water under the bridge now. Onwards and upwards, tricky trip to McDiarmid Park next weekend.

Thought our passing and movement today were pretty poor, we never really got going at all, but I will take 1-0 for us all season like that for the league, that's for * sure.

I don't think it was an actual fight. Just a bit of a confrontation. I heard someone saying on here earlier that he did the Broony in one of the Hearts player's faces.

I don't know exactly what happened, but I saw some shoving and swearing at the end and all the players had to rush in to break it up. It'll probably be on YouTube soon.

 

I think it was a penalty but it was a soft one.

Put it this way - if it was a Hearts boy that done this we'd have been screaming for it.
