lOOks like some are willing to ruin the gOOd name Celtic had that am sure they helped build just for a few songs.

    Perspective is needed here.

Celtic FC don't want it and that should be the end of the matter.

If it is indeed against the law to sing them in public, then you may not like it but you shouldn't sing them at CP.

Tis like weed. It's illegal so I don't smoke it out in the public.

And for whoever it was that put the songs up.

BOTOB has IRA in it. Like it or not. Agree with it or not. Celtic do not want that at CP.
Roll of Honour. 'England you're a monster'. Can be deemed offensive. Yes I know you'd need to be pretty soft to be offended but there you go

The Queen laid a reef in the garden of remembrance in Dublin for the The Volunteers and The Old IRA. Will she be getting jailed for that?

To the people saying that the people who support the IRA are in the minority. Look at away games and that'll tell you who the minority are.

The IRA are Terrorists in british eyes & through british propaganda but are Freedom fighters in Irish eyes, look at Michael Collins the most wanted IRA Terrorist in british eyes, however he was a great Freedom Fighter & Hero to the Irish people.

Booby Sands is looked on as a Terrorist however as an elected member of the british parliament he was allowed to die.

I look on the british as the Terrorists who divided my Nation & the IRA are the people who stood up and fought them.

Can '* Save The Queen' or 'Rule Britania' not be banned?

Ahh right I didn't know what you were on about at first :56: I was asking a question, but it's up to the judge and jury to decide whether it's classed as support and I think there on old queenies side :56:

Nothing wrong with fighting the bill as the bill is nonsense.

But people are using it as a campaign to defend their right to sing IRA songs and feel supported by others in doing so.

Celtic don't want IRA songs sung period and singing IRA songs will have always paint the club and its fans in a poor light such is the level of hatred for the organisation by the majority of this country.

And it is all very well and good saying * You to them, they are the ones like it or not with the power and they are the ones who will * the club with it. We can be stubborn and see the club go down a road of fines, closed door matches, possible points deduction and/or complete exclusion from Europe. Or you can omit the songs from the songbook, continue your campaign against the criminalisation of songs which won't harm the club in the meantime

We live in a ultra politically correct world now and just now these songs just won't fly. That is the reality of it.

lol what? what gives you that idea? well we are Irish so its a tiny bit likely your are going to here us talking about the ongoing illegal occupation of our country now and then. It doesnt mean we think we are the only ones who have been occupied ffs thats just ignorance.

I think that's one of the biggest problems, we have English players, how will they feel with ira songs being sung. I personally have no problem with them being sung, it's not like we're wielding armalites about, but If it's going to get us into trouble then we should avoid, but try and fight it.
