He'll probably beat me he has a great team and he has s knack of raising his game against me.

Not with Belgium Mate, there really aren't that good Gaffer mate, play with them online now, there aren't nothing special, Holland should really beat me twice but I'll be looking to squeeze a point and maybe pick up a win from Martano but again it's guna be hard.

Anyway, it's only a Tourney, I said at start if I can qualify in 4th It will be some success and I think I'm already guaranteed the 4th spot.

 

Awwww yeah, forgot about that, I've had one 5* Team in about 10 Tourneys

Nobody goes United online in FIFA 12, has anyone noticed that?

 

Liverpool are a 5 star team by the way.

Belgium are great online Gaz was running riot in division 1 with them.

Have to concur, I think Belgium are * quality in fairness Markey. Pace & strength are the main attributes to a good player in FIFA, and Belgium have that in abundance.

 

Not this year mate, What I meant was that I've never been a Top Quality team, apart from the Man United tourney your talking about, I've never been Chelsea, Barca or Madrid who IMO are the top 3 club teams in FIFA.

I've carried some bad luck but I won the World Cup with Parguay and Russia, won the Champs League with Valencia and was doing very well in the league with Sevilla with a good chance of winning, I do well with the lesser teams so who knows what I'll do with Belgium, I just wouldn't mind a Tourney with a top team so I can see what I'm like under massive puressure.

Iye Gaz was amazing with Belgium but I just can't get used to them, online or offline, I just can't play with them

I'm playing brillaint with Celtic on my private account, I'm in Division one with 2 league titles under my belt, think I've won 76 drew 16 and lost 16 or something like that, I just love Celtic!

I went Belgium and that's how I lost 5 of my games, I just couldn't adapt.

 

though to be fair to mark, he's going to be up against 5 star teams in france and holland, while online as belgium you dont meat anyone of that strength.

both france and holland have more speed and skill. but belgium are still very good

 

I know Mate, when I first saw Belgium's squad I saw Hazard, Vompany, Vermalen and for a player like me who loves to use Pacey strikers I thought it was a match made in heaven, just can't do it with them, I get ripped to shreds playing with the default formation so I changed things around and still I lost loads of games, it's a strange one, I just don't like playing with them, they IMO are just too weak defensively especially when I'm already weak in defence.

 

In the universe of fifa five star teams they are. They're one of the worst 5 star teams.

Nah, I understand what Gaz and Mystic are saying, Belgium on paper have a good team but in comparasion to Holland and France I don't fancy my chances, that's all I'm saying.

 

Everyone in this section believe your one of the best if not the best player. You should be beating everyone with ease in my opinion.

Is that not what markeys being doing or have I missed something? If he wins he will have conquered a massive feat against myself and Martano and if he losses it will be because we have slightly superior teams not because of our ability. He's under no pressure whatsoever. And to say I'm worried is just ridiculous. Its a game if he wins, he wins and if I win, I win.

Edit: I am looking forward to,our games and I don't want this thread to turn into an argument today. Belgium are a good team and in the right hands they can he deadly Gaz has proven that. Everyone in the group has slightly better team fair enough but its not as if your going China. You can obviously compete with everyone in your group your wins so far are evidence of that.

I am looking forward to our games as they are always very interesting. Providing you don't lose against Martano twice it will decide who tops this group of death.
