    Boca, friends with an Argentinian guy and they're his team and he also likes Celtic. That's the only reason I'd prefer Boca over River.

    Don't really care but if I had to pick it'd be Boca for Maradona and Riquelme. River Plate had Enzo Francescoli though who was also a fantastic player. Zidane's idol I believe.

    Probably River Plate as when I was young some of the players they produced were amazing. Didn't know that boca were the working class till i was a wee bit older. Still have a wee soft spot for river.

    Great player. Watched him lead Uruguay to the Copa America a few years back. C5 used to show it all when Tevez and Riquelme were playing for Boca and Saviola and D'Alessandro were playing for River. D'Alessandro looked the best River player back then and I thought he would be the next big star in Europe. Shows how well I can judge a player.:56:

    I prefer Boca as they seemed to be traditionally at any rate the working class non establishment team plus they have had some amazing players headlined of course by Maradona.
