    What is the deal with McCourt ? Why is he not even getting a sub appearance ? why is he being left out the side constantly ?? Did anyone else not notice from last nights game , forrest looked tired out as did Ki and Paddy should have came on for a burst of energy and a touch of flair.

    also the response from the crowd when paddy comes on lifts the team, really gets to me that he gets ignored,

    Just seems a waste of talent imo

    thoughts ?

    From what I hear, and im not saying its gospel, but he is not training well, not fit and his attitude aint great at the moment. Just the usual stuff. But there must be something in it as normally he would make the bench.

    If he would stop going to Bamboo Wednesdays he might be fit enough, he's got all the talent, I don't understand why he wouldn't be working hard

    Don't think McCourt was ever going to make an appearance last night.

    He'll still give his usual 15 minute cameo's in the SPL but I can see him leaving at the end of the season if not before.

    I'm sure many will argue the case for not playing Paddy but i'd be surprised if there are decent reasons why he's not worth a run out from the bench as a minimum!
    As you say Paddy gets the crowd going and has given some of Celtics most entertaining moments over the last couple of seasons.
    Plus he's due to score goal of the season any time soon :icon_mrgreen:

    You can choose to believe this or not but Lennon and Thompson turned up to Lennoxtown still drunk from the night befor and were nipping away at Commons about his weight and Paddy said to Lenny that he should be ashamed of yourself to which Lennon replied "Your never going to play in my teams" As I said, choose to believe it or not!

    Paddy goes out but he very rarely has a heavy drink, might have one or two but never full out binges like the likes of Juarez done.

    My cousins the manager in Karbon and they're in all the time.

    maybe because he's simply not good enough? the cult of paddy is really starting to annoy me, he is talented but i think people are forgetting the fact that he's possibly one of the most genetically unfit players we've ever had not to mention it has been ages since he done anything useful; a shame because i do like paddy but he's never a regular first teamer

    the same people who go on and on about paddy are the same ones who think darren o'dea would improve our defence :rolleyes:

    He should be playing more, really don't understand why he isn't. There must be something going on behind the scenes as Lenny seems to want to play anybody else on the wing ahead of him.

    I agree but I think he can and should play a bigger part, even if it's off of the bench.

    Darren O'Dea I also think should be in our sqaud... not first team but squad.
