Settle the 11 as much as possible & play to our strengths, rather than trying to counter the opposition.

Stokes and Hooper are our best partnership so they HAVE to play week in week out, they compliment each other so well and have proved they can do it!

Kayal and Ledley must start in centre mid, they can pplay football and mix it up if needed.

Defence is changed EVERY week pretty much, this has to stop and the goalkeeper situation must be addressed! And as Alsy says * your Zonal marking, go back to basics man for man and then you know everyone is being marked and the defender has a job to do!!

Continue helping the defence. It's all about clean sheets.

Stick with Maj & Mulgrew, perhaps followed by Wilson & Mulgrew

Play deeper - every team knows to takes advantage of the space in behind.

PLay with more patience - again clean sheet is vital & quality in attack (assuming Stokes/Hooper) will be enough - especially if Commons & Forrest pick it up.

Beg steal or borrow for a better CB in January.

Pick a keeper and stick with them.
Play stokes and hooper together when possible INCLUDING big games.
Play kayal and ledley in the centre especially away from parkhead.
Drop maj and loovens and give rogne and mulgrew a chance to strike a partnership.
Gives matthews more games at RB.
Stop changing the team just to accomadate samaras.
Get rid of zonal marking as it clearly doesnt work.
Cut down on the long ball tactics as it just doesnt work for us.
Play commons on the left as he isnt comfortable on the right.

My advice for him to win the league is to keep getting up in the morning and look in the mirror at the reflection of a man with a character so strong he faced nail bombs, death threats, assaults and vile abuse last year but NEVER GAVE IN TO THEM.

Our team will improve and get stronger as the league progresses we didn't Click in the league last year till new year against rangers and that might be the same again this year.

Anyone that thinks that rangers side is going to win every league game between now and wed 28th dec is better off over on R.M, we will claw our way back into the points deficit bit by bit. Mccoist has a lot of mistakes to make as well this year so we will see if he can handle the criticism when it comes his way.

We have played our 3 toughest away games in ibrox, tynecastle, and pittodrie we have had massive injury problems and certain players form has dipped but they haven't became bad players overnight I don't think us or rangers will attain the same amount of points as last yr, just my opinion I have my reasons.

We have a siege mentality now and he should use this to install the character he has shown, into the players and most of all he should not let the detractors change his attitude.

We will win the league IN LENNON I TRUST

Not often we agree Padraig but you are 100% on this one :50:

The disrespect shown towards Lennon over the last week or two is awful. The guy may not be doing a great job but you cannot doubt for a second he is trying he best and is celtic through and through. By all means criticise his tactics and team selection but you cannot criticise the man in my opinion.

    1. Neil, you need to pick the side that nearly won us the league last year, the consistent starting XI basically was:

    Forster
    Wilson K.Wilson Mulgrew Izzy
    Brown Kayal Ledley Commons
    Stokes Hooper

Apart from obviously Mistakeovic for Kelvin.

    2. You NEED to have Stokes & Hooper starting EVERY game when they're fit. They are our best strike partnership and I don't understand why you drop Stokes for the "bigger" games.

    3. If Kayal is not available to play then you must play either Wanyama Ki, or Wanyama Ledley. We ALWAYS need a player who can win the ball in the midfield, we have seen on multiple occassions that Ledley Ki does not work.

    4. In January you NEED to buy a decent centre back to partner Mulgrew. Mulgrew is clearly the best centre back at the club, I've been impressed and unimpressed with Kelvin Wilson so far but I think it's fact Mulgrew is the best at the club and we need to get him a partner who is * solid and is not a bomb scare such as Mistakeovic or Glenda. Roland Juhasz maybe?

    5. Stop changing the team as much. Find the best starting XI which imo is the one I've posted and stick to it ffs.

    6. Finally, we seem to be lacking creativity in the midfield. I know Ki can pick a pass and so can Kayal but we have no one playing regularly that runs at defences and plays good passes or skins people as midfielders apart from Forrest but he's a winger. The huns have Steven Davis and he does super for them running at defences, picking out good passes and has a good dig on him. Why not play McCourt as a CM? McCourt played along with Kayal as CMs I think has good news written all over it. McCourts passing is brilliant, his long range shots are brilliant and his dribbling is excellent. Give it a try Neil please.

With no window its hard but

    1. Stick to a fixed 11
    2. Mix our game up a bit. We need to start crossing the ball in, heading it etc. Winter is coming and tippy tappy wont work.
    3. Stick to last seasons pairings while possible in CM, CF and CD and see if it works again. Play Broony on the right and Commons on the left with Kayal and Ki or Ledley in the CM spots. Basically play as much of the side of Jan-March last year because its the only time we have looked really good under Lenny
    4. In January insist (on pain of resignation) we get in Gordon, a quality physical CH and a quality physical CF who is good in the air and free scoring.

Don't play Madge, Madge or Madge.

    Never play MADGE!

    Sack Mjally for recommending Madge.

Sack yourself for re-signing Sammy, when we already had 2 chances to be rid of him & didn't take them.

agree you cannot criticise the man as a celtic man and the sectarian abuse he has had to endure means he will always have our backing and respect in that aspect . however as a football manager he is open to criticism and right now he is facing the biggest challenge of his managerial career even if our big players kayal , ledley brown , wilson and izzy come back from injury it might be too late , the stand ins for these players are not good enough and lennon clearly has issues with stokes, commons. we got mugged at tynecastle one high ball and big maj is ball watching, goal , wilson does not get goal side of the hearts player and gets caught like a juvenile , goal , matthews injured the manager puts wilson on then minutes later takes the left back off thus wasting a sub which should have been mccourt or samaras to try and pull the game back , how many mistakes can he be allowed to make we seem to be going backwards and the lesson the board must take out of this is ignore what the support want and appoint a manager who is not a rookie , might not be "celtic minded " but has a cv that befits a club the size of celtic and get the right man , no harm or disrespect to neil lennon but he is not that man .

Buy a different type of player!
Instead of a Ki, buy a box to box midfielder like Stan was!
Buy 2 dominant, strong defenders (Mjjailby, Bobo)
A target man up front, one who will * defenders and knock the ball onto the finisher , Hooper.

I think the type of players we need to buy, need to be suited to the SPL in being strong and have a great work rate.
