I just think that some feel that they have come for an "easy ride" and too many times they are far too inconsistent.

Lennon needs to start getting tough with the players and telling them that if they don't start picking up and fighting for things then they shouldn't be at the club.

Apart from Bangura, K. Wilson, Kaddouri and Wanyama this is the same team that showed heart, passion and fight to win things and showed promise for this season. So what's happened this year?
