Miller: Play me or I'm off.

Kenny Miller has delivered a stern message to boss Gordon Strachan - "Play me or I'm off."
The Celtic forward had to settle for a substitute appearance in the UEFA Champions League loss to Milan after failing to figure prominently in the club's goals tally.
The former Wolves frontman is growing increasingly frustrated with his repeated position on the bench and has admitted his concern over the effect it may have on his international career.
Expressing his frustration with his current situation, Miller told the Daily Record: "I am like a bear with a sore head if I am not playing.
"You are not going to be happy not getting a game, the manager wouldn't expect you to be happy and I am probably one of the worst.
"I went six or seven games when I didn't play at all and that was a concern, especially when I'm trying to hold down a place with the national team.
"There are a lot of lads doing really well in my position so it was a worry for me.
"If the manager was to tell me I wasn't in his plans I'm not going to sit here on the bench or in the stand.
"If things don't develop then I will have to look at my situation, especially as an international player."
Speaking of Strachan's decision to leave him on the bench in Wednesday's loss to Milan, Miller added: "I was bitterly disappointed to be left out.
"I didn't play as big a role as I would have liked. Part of the reason you come to a club like Celtic is to play in games like that."
Celtic will face Rangers in the Old Firm clash at Parkhead on Sunday, and Miller hopes he will be given the chance to prove himself with a starting place, adding: "Hopefully I can get back in against Rangers."

Oh no here we go again....hes crap let him go...no hes the hardest working player ever. The article headline is not really what he says in the text so its spin by bored hacks. I am watching his goal-starts ratio. Its 2 in 2 since my count began and if he can keep that sort of rate up for the rest of the seaosn he is worth a 2nd season. Most people seem to think he will score today. Reckon he will. Not saying we dont need a new striker in the summer which we do but would not punt Kenny yet.

Why would we keep someone who is'nt happy thats despite the fact his attitude sucks needs to ditch the ego then he may get somewhere,but i trully am getting sick o his moanin,guys like-McGeady,Sno,Jarosik,Wilson,Gravesen,O'Dea,Roirdan and Beattie are'nt starting every game they aint addopting the same attitude.

funny that Johnny when a wiz watching Celtic t.v the other night he wiz spewing crap along the same lines,hes getting paid shed loads o money and moans cos hes no getting his ain way.
