    Slate the Ref

I seen more handballs today than a rugby match

Every corner we got the Rangers defence (EPL REJECTS) tried to bear hug any one in hoops

Ref gave no free kicks for pushing out side the box but inside there was a free kick against the attacking even when everyone was pushing

And once again shat himself at Mc Geadys pen

very disappointed that WGS couldn't adjust his tactics in the second half as the huns did.Not taking our chances in the first half when we were dominant came back to haunt us.it says a lot about the game that the bank of scotland man of the match was a hun defender.the huns came with a game plan and that was to get in at half time without conceding. their confidence grew in the second half where as ours diminished.we better get used to the huns coming to CP and playing the exact same way everytime.
it might as well have been dunfermline or st mirren.

Tired legs is no excuse as the huns played on a quagmire the day after us. It's not the end of the world but the lack of fight and spirit was disapointing.

i agree, we have no excuse we need to finish them chances, some good will come out of this, and wgs will know who he should get rid of.

Being robbed of a blatant penalty aside, we were pish in the second half.

McGeady again was a let down.

Big Jan had no service into the box and Sno looked like a pregnant meercat at times.

    This will not do.

Back from the Irish Arms Pub where i watched the game.
We were rubbish in the second half. it was us who was supposed to hump rangers but unfortunately Rangers were much better in the second half.
I'm disapointed with Jvoh who played nothing. Miller should get tha * out especially after all the rubbish he have said few days ago.
    McGeady made me sick...

mcgeady seems abit of a one trick pony-my son will never forgive me for saying that.all the defenders in the spl now know what he is going to do.he gets away with it sometimes only because they don't know when he will do it.WGS has got to giv riordan a decent run in the team. gravesen is a headless chicken at times but he does add a sense of urgency whereas big sno thinks he's out for a stroll in the park. he needs a rocket up his *.
what we need are a couple of top drawer signings in the summer. world class players that lawlell is recently reported saying was on the cards. we desperately need to rebuild in the summer if a mediocre huns team can turn us over like that.

Did You see how many times the ref didnt gave us nothing? We should of had 3 penalties foul on Kenny an Jan an a handball by the traitor ugo. Kenny was shockin the day We would have won if He took those 3 chances in the 1st. But yeah the ref is always against us I have no idea why hes allowed to referee any of our games he was clearly wearing a blue top the day.

The bottom is that we lack a cutting edge and the ability to be clinical.

JVOH is a good target man, but we need a poacher/finisher beside him. Miller, as I have stated several times on this forum, is very poor. Effort is not sufficient, even in Scotland.

The result was the return of the old Huns, those with desire and effort, which we clearly lacked. This is embarrasing. None of the excuses about pens etc, we have never got those decisions, lets just talk about the plethora of chances that were blown.

The game should have been over by half time.

It doesn't matter who the ref is, they're going to give us nothing. But if we can't beat a Rangers team as poor as that and goodness knows we had enough chances then blaming the the ref is ignoring the weaknesses in our own team.

    I agree :50:
Today's absymal performance highlighted the chronic weaknesses
in our midfield, and the paucity of our forwards.

I am sick of hearing, so called Celtic fans bleating on about the referees, when we should be looking at our own deficiencies.

The problem is that Strachan can't make a decision. It was clear that we had to score in our first half as Smith would put a rocket up the * of the huns at half time, which he did.

Strachan does not have the personality to inspire players to battle, which has been fine for a lot of games this year.

He thinks that players getting into positions to score is good enough (that's a remark he made about Miller). It is not, as proved, never mind the refs, they didn't stop us missing an array of chances, our lack of quality did.

i'm actually quite glad we dont start acting like headless chickens when we are behind going into the last 10mins of a game.. it shows a degree of belief, composure and strong mindedness that the goal will come. unfortunately sometimes like today it fails to materialise... all i will say about todays disappointing result is this..... if rangers are gonna beat us then id rather it be on occasions like today when we are 19 points clear and a few games away from clinching the title.... losing hurts but the bigger picture is we are streets ahead and will be champions soon.... hail hail.... keep the faith
