    well you get a tidy starting budget plus I was lucky to get rid of basically all the deadwood and sold the likes of Hooper,Kayal,Ki and Ledley.

    the keeper and kuyt are on loan too,IIRC.

    you should invest in Johnny Russell or Carlos Quintero if you want sheer pace and confident finishing up front. I'm starting to prefer Russell as not only is he fast, he can jump a mile in the air and head a ball too.

    Im going to sell Brown in January or next Summer. any suggestions of who I can replace him with? I'm talking about the likes of Essien etc. Is there anyone like him who is cheap enough? <£15m ?

    Hmm my defending has improved dramatically now that I don't use EITHER of the "contain" or the other one (think it's LT or A)

    Instead just position my player in the right place manually and the ball is eventually won.

    Still feel the computer cheats a little bit. For example when I do a 1-2, my runner is tracked meticulously.

    When the computer does a 1-2, his runner goes 100% free and I'm shouting at my full-back to * track back!

    Finally getting this today, can anyone tell me if the Be a Pro mode has improved? It was good in 10 but terrible in 11.

    onest opinions lads....PES OF FIFA? ive no picked this up yet heard great things and some *. same with pes ano no ones really played PES but any help between the two would be a help im leaning towards fifa just now.

    IMO, fifa career mode beats anything PES can come up with, and thats coming from someone who usually just buys fifa for online play, but this year i am playing alot more career.

    Online head to head seasons on FIFA are brilliant as well gives you something to aim towards online instead of just winning for nothing.

    Not played PES yet so have no idea.

    I prefer Fifa these days but PES has some great features like Master League, Licensed CL, Europa League, Super Cup, Copa Libertadores and I also love the PES celebrations.

    Think I'll get PES when it drops down in price and when I'm bored of Fifa.

    cheers lads, the only reason i was thinking about pes was for the real C.L and E.L game play im working 4 12 hour shifts this week so prob will pick it up tuesday then get to play it friday.

    Yeah, Commons has been poor. Might stick Ledley or Forrest on the left instead. Stokes has been top score so far this season though!

    That Ebert guy is really fast and Bangura/Hooper are quite quick. So I might leave signing Russell until I need to sell Hoops.

    Does Matthews get better quickly?
