    Never seen a thread so thought I would start one.

    Do we go 4-4-2 or 4-5-1/4-2-3-1?

    For me I would go for

    Forster

    Matthews Rogne Mulgrew El Kaddouri

    Forrest Ki Kayal Ledley

    Hooper Stokes/Bangura

    Stick to what we know for me, 4-4-2 all the way. Hooper dropping off when we don't have the ball. Just use the crowd to drive the team forward.

    Expecting a Champions League atmosphere on Thursday even if the stadium isn't completely full.

    Gonna be tough but if everyone is playing at 100% we should win, Hail Hail!​

    I think El Kaddouri is ineligible for the EL matches mate.

    Agree with your midfield though, Forrest Ki Kayal Ledley is pure deadly.

    I'd play Loovens. Don't think he's as bad as a lot make out, certainly not as bad as Majstorovic.
    We need to go out and attack. If we are to have any hope of progressing we need to attack while at home. I'd rather we went down fighting than shy away with a constant defensive, negative attitude.

    I hope to * he doesnt go with sammy and hooper upfront, if hes gonna go with sammy then he should play him up top on his own as hes more effective like that than with a partner.

    like most i would go with stokes and hooper.

    I was impressed with Bangura yesterday and would quite like to see him in there but Hooper and Stokes are the number one partnership - it wouldn't be fair to break them up. I actually think Lennon will play Stokes and Hooper too.

    Usually in Europe I'm an advocate for one up front, but I've come to the conclusion that we simply don't have the players to make it work (unless it transpires that Bangura can play the lone role - as neither Stokes or Hooper can). That being said, I'd rather go for it and lose than sit behind the ball at home, and still lose.

    We're at home and although it's Udinese, we should not be running scared. We didn't hide away from the likes of Man United, Barcelona and AC Milan when they all came here in recent years and Udinese should be no different.

    Stick to what we know (our best possible starting 11) and take the game to them. Leave the anti-football for the scum on the other side of the city.

    Ps wouldnt play rogne as he hasn't had any first team action yet but by the looks of things shouldnt be long till he's a first team regular.

    You wouldn't start our best striker against Udinese, one of the best teams in the competition? How has he been rank exactly? Scored against the scum at the Girodome and scored against Ross County on Wednesday night. He got taken off and replaced by Bangura yesterday, just after half time. If he had stayed on the pitch, he would have probably went on and scored yesterday too.
