Now this is a player we can let go. I like others love Paddys style but hes wasted here. Our manager simply doesnt trust him for a starting place and hed be better off playing somewhere else unless of course he is happy too sit on the bench for the rest of his playing days.

I'd like to see him get a good run but if that isn't going to happen then let him go and play somewhere else.

his time was up long ago in my eyes.

overrated and is a waste of a wage. i'd happily let him go for £750k.

can't wait to see the back of him tbh. all this * of how much of a talent he is. if it was a fraction true, he'd be playing week-in week-out. he isn't because he is not.

I'm in the camp of those who'd basically give McCourt away for a couple of magic beans, but ... hopefully he leaves in January for a reasonable price, and that'll be that.

Why thank you. I don't think it takes an expert to see that he doesn't have a future at Celtic, he's been here for nearly 5 years and this is probably the strongest our midfield has been since his arrival. We have the likes of Forrest and McGeogh trying to break into the team as well, let's be honest anything we can get for McCourt will be a bonus.

He's basically only good enough to come on in games when we're 2-0 up against dregs like St. Mirren. His time has past. When we had N'Guemo and crew starting in midfield there was an argument to be made, but at present, he's about tenth in pecking order in midfield. He needs to move on to a lower SPL team or the championship where he'll get real playing time and perhaps learn to be interested on the defensive end or maybe not worry about giving the ball away so much.

I really do love Paddy, but the level that Celtic is playing at just now is far too big for him.
