Next season is looking like a good one!

Juventus have strengthened further bringing in Llorente, Tevez and Ogbonna, Milan are looking strong, Napoli have made some good signings with Cavani probably leaving soon they'll have shitloads more to spend, Fiorentina have brought in quality like Mario Gomez and Joaquin, the two Roman clubs are always there or thereabouts and my team on the peninsula, Inter need to make an impact after a dreadful season last time out

Heard Lazio could lose Candreva and Hernanes though, that would be a massive loss for them

2nd or 3rd, yet to be decided:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2013%E2%80%9314_UEFA_Champions_League#Group_stage

Almost certain that they will be a 2nd seed though, given how close they are to PSG in terms of their respective co-efficients, and PSG are the lowest team guaranteed to be a 2nd seed.

Stevan Jovetic leaving Fiorentina. They'll miss him badly, quality player

Milan have released an official statement after Kevin Constant responded to racist chants on Tuesday by walking off the field of play.

The defender opted to head for the changing rooms during the 45-minute game against Sassuolo in the Trofeo TIM after being abused by fans in the crowd.

“On the evening of July 23rd 2013 there was another episode involving racist intolerance and this time the victim was Kevin Constant, who reacted by leaving the field of play,” the statement read.

“This was not a decision he should have taken upon himself to make and despite his more than understandable reasons and the anger he must have felt, AC Milan would like to remind everyone that the only people responsible for intervening against any manifestations that offend the human dignity, which includes racial discrimination, are the referee in charge of the match and the head of public safety.

“The use of the legal system and institutional rights, which every member of the public requires to exist in a civil society, does not compensate for the fact that these episodes continue to happen at a frequent rate.

“Racism has no alibis, not if those of a distorted mind believe that men should be divided because of the colour of their skin or because of their nationality, or if their manifestations – gestures, words or sounds – are the result of a foul and nasty recurring essence born of a miserable mind that is incapable of formulating an opinion because such opinions are too horrible.

“Both categories deserve zero tolerance, and they should no longer have it as of today. It is not so much about defending a footballer or a sport but the entire civil world, to which these people have never belonged to.

    Napoli have a good team

    Reina
    Maggio Cannavaro Albiol Zuniga
    Behrami Inler
    Callejon Hamsik Mertens
    Higuain

With good back-up like Gamberini, Armero, Dzemaili, Gargano, Pandev and Insigne. Not quite as good as Juventus but not too far off them.

Napoli have a fantastic squad, can see them pushing for the Serie A title, however they don't have enough quality in depth in order to push for the title.

Sounds a bit contradictory mate :smiley-laughing002:

I know what you mean though. Really hope they do win it, I'm still raging at Juventus and in particular Lichtsteiner :47:

Holy Christ, I knew Napoli had signed Higuain but didn`t know they got Callejon and Albiol as well. That's some team they`re building - Benitez could win a Champions League with that team

Napoli aren't mucking about this season, Di Laurentiis really has turned them into a top club. Hope they push the ladri all the way

I agree. Really, really impressed with the players they've bought. Also I could make a case to say the trio of Albiol-Callejon-Higuain is a better collective purchase than Ogbonna-Llorente-Tevez. Not much between each trio quality-wise in my opinion :50:

Fiorentina impress me too, still quite pleasantly surprised Gomez went to them - a team to watch again this year.

Honda to Milan would be a fantastic buy as well, especially if Boateng were to leave as has been rumoured.

Don't know about anyone else, but I think Serie A will be a cracking watch this year. It usually is - despite the stereotype - but this season especially will be interesting.

Aye I'd have Gargano in there over Behrami, He's a good player despite his unsuccessful spell at Inter
