    Celtic are being linked with a move on Arsenal for the signature of unsettled ace Mathieu Flamini

    The Frenchman has told boss Arsene Wenger of his desire to leave the club and recently expressed a desire to play in Italy’s Serie A.

    But Flamini could have his head turned by overtures from Parkhead, where Gordon Strachan is reportedly lining up a move.

    The midfielder joined the Gunners in the summer of 2004 and has one year left to run on his current Emirates deal.

    9.5 million, and 6 and a half years later so not so stupid really

    he had 2 good seasons of 16 goals and then 23 the following

    around a better team he could have been class

    but then he done his knees and never really came back the same player

    he was my hero, hope he finishes his career on a high in the MLS:54:

    It all depends on the player sme young players mgiht no require to much wages but could be a good player and if their in england it would cost a lot of money 2 buy

    and you reckon in todays market of 'bosmans' celtic should fork out £4 million on scott brown (not proven at the highest level) who has been relatively 'average' this season.
    my step fathers dad is a season ticket holder at easter road and is laughing his heed off that the hibees are gonna get that figure for him!!

    I reckon Brown is no more than a £2m man, and if the huns pay £4m all the better. We'd get better value shopping around if we are going to spend £4m on a single player. I like Brown but not at £4m.
