with the money flowing around in the premiership(£50,000,000) yeah fifty fkn million for the team who clinches the coca cola championship play off! we are absolutely out the running for 'established' big time players! if anything we could lose a good few in the summer!.
Bolton, portsmouth, aston fkn villa.....will do thier usual this summer! watch who we fancy from our super dooper scouting system then trump us! we did compete until that deal for tv rights abroad was clinched £ 50 million almost thats about 3 times what we earned in the CL.Im not slagging you off just having a laugh...you know ..... banter and telling you to pinch yourself!

Mate your calling people liars because they're talking about rumours that have been doing the rounds. We all knew your Klose story was bullshit when you posted it, now your slaggin * for saying what players we think might be realistic that we could buy.

Basically what your saying is that we are * for buying any quality whatsoever. I think that's bullshit, there will still be quality there for us, the premiership money means that more top tier players will be miving to 'lesser' English clubs.

O'neil - go and * do one with regards to the poaching of our best players. if you love them so much why not buy out celtic as that appears to be your goal at the moment.

Aston Villa are a mid-table piece of premiership mediocrity, who could still be sucked into the relegation dogfight!

Villa target raid for keeper Boruc
Aston Villa manager Martin O'Neill is reportedly lining up a £4million summer move for highly-rated Celtic goalkeeper Artur Boruc.

O'Neill has already raided his former club to sign Stiliyan Petrov and Shaun Maloney and now the Daily Record believes he is after the impressive Polish shot stopper.

It has been reported that Boruc has received an invitation from agent Tony McGill, who set up the Petrov and Maloney deals, to visit Villa Park and watch the team play.

Boruc is under contract at Parkhead until 2009 and could cost Villa £4million while there could also be competition from Bayern Munich, who have also been linked with Arsenal's Jens Lehmann.

Villa's current number one Thomas Sorensen has 14 months left on his contract and is yet to be offered a new deal.

i personally see this as pure bullshit,it's that * of an agent trying to stir the * again like he did with petrov and get him unsettled so he asks for a move.

seen it in the paper this morning. the only reason boruc would move down there would be because of playing against tougher opposition. however, they can be relegated, they barely have a chance of winning anything and will not get into europe easily. at celtic he can win trophies, play in europe, and have a much larger fan base than he could ever get down there.

I doubt it'll happen Boruc already has said he won't be going anywhere unless it's one of the European Elite such as Real Mad, Bayern, AC, Arsenal, etc.. Not Aston - we've just about avoided relegation - Villa

If he goes it will be for 6m as i don't think Celtic will accept 4m for him. If we can get that for him then i think it is a good deal and we should take it, plus he has a sell out claus for that fee.

    Red Devils track Riordan

Kaiserslautern are tracking Celtic's Derek Riordan.

young forward has endured an indifferent debut season at Parkhead after arriving from Hibernian last summer
Riordan has struggled to hold down a place in Gordon Strachan's side and the 24-year-old is thought to be frustrated with his lack of opportunities and failure to play in his preferred position of striker at Parkhead.

The news has alerted Kaiserslautern who have been keeping tabs on Riordan since he was at Hibernian. Red Devils boss Wolfgang Wolf is believed to be a big fan of Riordan and is keen to bring him to Germany
Kaiserslautern are fighting to try and win promotion back to Die Bundesliga and they hope the lure of regular action and the chance to play in attack could persuade Riordan to possibly make the move.

i think he deserves better. a mean who the * are the red devils?
