The Daft Chairman now saying that Michael Platini should get arrested over this ruling is abit over the top and also saying he should be in Prision mental like,i'd sue that daft Christian Constantin for saying that, ffs Dafty you Knew you were cheating with your dodging team and any ruling today by a mickey mouse court(Swiss Court)Had no bearing on todays outcome at uefa so bye bye sion

Also Mr Platini Had this to say to....

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14900965.stm

"I am a strong believer and deeply attached to the protection of football and fairness of the game," he said.

"I am happy that football disciplinary bodies are sanctioning clubs who are using their influence and wealth to induce players to breach their contracts.

"This is against all rules of sporting fairness.

"This is ultimately about protecting clubs, the players, and football itself.
"We have clear rules and regulations that all clubs know before they enter our competitions.

"We cannot accept that if one individual club does not get its own way then it goes through any possible system to force its will on the others.

"Two independent disciplinary bodies have ruled on this issue and we must abide by their decisions."

    the end!!

feel sorry for the fans of Sion, who seem quite decent. we should of won our place anyway to avoid all this nonsense. alas, common sense prevailed. they fielded illegible players and paid the consequence.

good luck to them on their domestic front and i hope they get rid of their chairman as he seems like a *.

Thank * this is pretty much over now. Reason I say pretty much is because that * Constantin is going to make Sion look like * idiots because of the way that he's running the club and he won't stop trying to get them reinstated, which will not happen. This idiot is a few spanners short of a * toolbox the way he's carrying on and the crap that is coming out that hole below his nose is unreal. Wanting Platini arrested for what? Upholding the LAWS of the game?! * plank!

It's not our concern now, though, as we have been quite rightfully reinstated and we can concentrate on playing the matches.

I think this season is going well so far - reinstated back into Europe and Hun FC are in a HUGE mess. Battering them on Sunday will be the icing on the cake methinks :bbpd:

Tbh, Constantin's arseholery just makes it all the sweeter that we're back in.

You may think you should be in, you deranged house-designer *, but you broke the rules, so we will be playing, and you won't. Therefore - with all due deference and respect - get it the * up yez!

To the Sion fans, I'm sorry how this has turned out for you, it must be really disappointing. Hope you manage to get rid of this * who's running your club at the moment, cos he's doing you no favours whatsoever...

As long as that * head Constantin is in charge then it never will. I think he's going to take an appeal to CAS (well, the option is there anyway for them within 10 days of them receiving the UEFA appeal), who already told them they couldn't field the players.

FIFA, UEFA & CAS had all told Sion not to field the ineligible players but they went ahead and done it anyway but they this moron Constantin is continuing to fight for the cause and appeal the case.

He said that he wants Platini arrested for "going against a courts ruling" as well. Tells you all you need to know on what the muppet is like.

Just thankful it's not involving our club anymore.

I'm very sorry to move this up again, but I think it has become necessary to let you know:

Cantonal Court from Vaud declared this afternoon: Yesterday's results from Group I should not count until UEFA and Sion meet before the court on 27 September.

BTW: 10 Sion fans or so in the stadium yesterday right next to you guys. Hope they had a good time. :icon_mrgreen:

    Has this been posted?

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/sep/16/sion-celtic-europa-league

FC Sion says it has won a court injunction that invalidates Atlético Madrid's 2-0 victory over Celtic and Udinese's 2-1 win against Rennes in the Europa League on Thursday.

Sion says the ruling in Uefa's home canton (state) of Vaud means Group I is invalid if the Swiss club is excluded.

Uefa said it was not represented in court, and had no comment on Sion's latest legal action. Fifa's world football statutes forbid clubs going to civil courts to settle disputes.

Sion has challenged Uefa on several fronts since being expelled from the Europa League for fielding ineligible players when beating Celtic in the playoff round.

Uefa's President Michel Platini insisted that Celtic must be reinstated.
