i hope not, would be an absolute shambles with far reaching implications for UEFA; if UEFA cant enforce its own rules due to some jumped up civil court the games a bogey.

What would stop us putting in a demand to the sheriff court 'demanding' to let us play in the EPL? its total bullshit and utterly wrong, but that is effectively what sion are doing.

 

* sake the suspense is killing me and this announcement has from the swiss court has made me very nervous i just hope UEFA do the right thing here and throw the book at sion for dragging this through the civil courts.I've been trying not to let myself get to excited about being back in but two days from the game i'm busting for it now.Come on UEFA put us out of our misery * sake!!!!

Agree, it wouldn't be so bad if us or Sion were at home although it would still be bad but to be ongoing 2 days before a trip to Madrid is an absolute disgrace, if Sion get back in we can't back down even if it means their games getting delayed, they were found to be cheating and punished for it simple as, I see no reason to overturn the decision especially as we say 2 days before the first match taking place in Spain.

 

Why have sion even involved this civil court if it has no authority?Why not just appeal using the the proper procedures?
