    They've been saying the same thing all along. A civil court decided they should get back in. Uefa say they don't take court decisions into account.

    A total maniac, power-obsessed egoman capable of everything. We have been in trouble because of him quite a few times already. On the other hand, he is the only one who is willing to keep the club alive, so we have no alternative. And sometimes it's good to see that organisations as the Swiss FA get their a** kicked, because they are all as corrupt as he is, and so are FIFA and UEFA.

    Even Sion aren't claiming they have been reinstated. They are simply stating the court has ruled they should be.

    They're having their meeting at the moment to decide. STVGrant says even Sion aren't saying they're back in, merely that a court says they should be.

    A court that UEFA won't listen to if my understanding of how they operate is correct, i.e. they do not recognise the authority of courts over football and demand all members agree to this in order to participate in their tournaments.

    Yep. Pretty much if Uefa stick to their guns as they say they will it might result in Sion being punished for taking this to court in the first place.

    they have not been reinstated. we are ALL waiting until the end of UEFA hearing, not some court in switzerland which has little or no control over UEFA.
