    Sion are claiming. They're probably claiming it because of the civil court case. Everyone just be patient and see what Uefa say.

    Do they just quote the Sion website? If so, this doesn't mean anything yet. They just say that they won the court case.

    uefa may be worried about further court intervention in football matters if rules set by them are challenged and found to be wanting ,like the sfa recently with lennon their rules were outdated and couldnt be upheld ,its a big worry do they show balls and back their earlier judgment or back down to save face and further scrutiny ,im worried .

    A Swiss court has said Swiss-based Uefa should reinstate Swiss club FC Sion to Europa Lge (at Celtic's expense)

    That doesn't mean Uefa will.

    But it shouldn't be up to the courts to decide, when a football club is set up they apply to join their national association and agree to abide with their rules which are in turn laid down by UEFA and FIFA. Just because sion didn't like what they said they have now gone running to every Swiss court in the land.

    What happens in your next league game if you get denied a clear penalty, is your chairman going to run to every court and get them to overturn the referees decision just because he thinks he is in the right!!

    Let's just do away with UEFA and let the courts decide the outcome of every football match
