    i hope they succeed?

    why you ask? well if they do win? then that will open up a can of worms and you will see clubs throughout europe looking at this and saying we can get away with it aswell if we cheat! and of course celtic will go * ape * in the process.

    Of course they won't overrule last week's verdict. Why should they? It's UEFA, they won't bite themselves. Sion will lose this 100%. It'll be more interesting to see what the civil court in Nyon has to say. ;)

    Cantonal Court accorded superprovisional measures to FC Sion this morning at 10 AM. According to the verdict, Sion is authorised to play the first game of Europa League in Madrid. However, it is unclear how UEFA will react to this situation.

    As I already said a 100 times: The whole thing is a * mess.

    Saying the swiss court ruled in favour of FC Sion and that they should be reinstated into the Europa League. Also saying that Sion will travel to Madrid.

    However I am sure this has no baring over UEFA's decision....I hope
