    I'm sorry guys, but if there is a possibility to appeal at UEFA what do you expect Sion to do? Can't blame them for appealing really. However, I wouldn't be too worried about it if I were you. UEFA will not come back on their decision. (Even though they alreay look like clowns in this whole affair.)

    You know it's you guys I actually feel sorry for, the Sion fans.

    They gave us a tanking over there, could they have done that without players they knew fine well were inelligible? It's cheated there fans out of a good year of football.

    Sion think Celtic will play the first game in Madrid and should not be put out. Sion now saying they should be allowed back in with Celtic mid way through the competition?!?!?!?

    Speaking to STV on Thursday, Sion president Christian Constantin said he would continue to fight the decision through the courts, even if the Europa League started without them.
    “It's not finished,” he said. “We might not make it to Madrid but perhaps after that the justice system might ask the competition to stop and allow our re-integration.
    “You can start the competition and then a judge might say stop.”
    Citing events in 2003, when the Swiss Challenge League reinstated Sion 12 games into the second tier in addition to the existing 16 members, Constantin suggested their inclusion in the Europa League wouldn't have to lead to Celtic losing their place.
    "Without necessarily excluding Celtic, a judge may require UEFA to reinstate us in the middle of the competition," Constantin told Le Matin.
